Lovely host, beautiful traditional home with social areas to relax. Good location in town near restaurants.

The bathroom was quite small and only cold water was available unfortunately.

The places is cute but what makes a place is the people. If they treat their only guests like that I can only imagine if they get fully booked. There was only a nice lady in the am of our check-out, who offered us coffee, I wish I could remember her name- she was the only one who treated us good.

The staff is not pleasant. The 1st woman that was in the reception (I think is the owner or at least the manager) had a sort of attitude since the beginning and wanted us to change rooms right away with out reimbursing the difference (she wanted to give us a cheaper room). We were the only guests at the time and when I asked if maybe she could switch us to another room instead (a bit more expensive) she wanted to charge us the difference... so basically she just wanted more money no matter what. Then at night, it made sense why she wanted us to change rooms so badly - the horrible water pump sound was heard every 5 mins or so! She never told us about this. As soon as this happened we went out and there was another woman who said we couldn't change rooms anymore as we have already been advised!... excuse me? No one told us a horrible sound was in the room, in fact that room shouldn't be rented to anyone at all or if anything extremely cheap and guests should be advised previously. She said she could turn it off until early in the am as a "favor"... we are paying for the 2nd most expensive room and the only ones at the hotel, so instead of giving us a different room right there -compared to the one we paid or upgraded, she just wants us to be thankful that she will turn it off... Then at 5am it gets turned on again! It was horrible waking up to almost a fire alarm. We were so fed up, tried to sleep a bit longer with our pillows on our faces and we just wanted to leave. Then they turned it off again after an hour or so. Worst customer service in Colombia and possibly around the world for me. Will never go back or recommend.

Nice quiet place and very nice staff.

The bed was very thin and hard, almost like sleeping on the floor. Everything else was very nice.

I really like this place, the decorations are amazing. The place is also very quiet and peaceful. I ended up extending for more days. Staff is very helpful and kind, willing to assist in any way. The room is very very clean and cleaned regulary.

The quietness of the place! Beautiful nature around, perfect for people looking for that. Also the spa was quiet good!

I lost a ring in the room and nobody could help me.... I also called after I checked out, they promised to call me back to confirm if they found something, but they never called me...

The location, the old house and the pet friendly policy were amazing

The rooms are not noise proof. The slightest noise is heard well.

The staff was friendly and caring! Central location very walkable location!
