Amamos el barrio por su tranquilidad y cercanía al centro con el coche. Desayuno bueno, pero la cena aún mejor. La habitación acogedora. Además un hotel muy PETFRIENDLY, de los de verdad. Por otro lado se agradece la ubicación por los accesos a distintas rutas de senderismo

The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with very friendly helpful staff. The beds and pillows etc were very comfortable and the room was not only immaculately clean but also the perfect temperature. The added bonus of a balcony was just lovely! The hotel manager/owner was super kind to me on what was a stressful non- holiday related trip. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great family run hotel in the centre of Encamp. The owner and the staff are very friendly and professional, and the dinners (we had half-board) are exceptional. Great value for money!

Great location in the center of town, with paid parking nearby and easy access to many restaurants and the Funicamp cable car. The hotel is pet friendly, though the pets are not allowed in the dining area, so if you intend to eat with your pet, you can take the breakfast into your room.

we were offered two rooms with air conditioning. Neither rooms work. one room had none and the other didn’t work. We were expecting two rooms with a balcony. one room was dark and hot, which would probably be good in the winter, but not summer. The parking was non-existent. There seemed to be hidden charges which came to over €180.

The air con turned off after being on for 2 hours and had to be reset to be on again.

The restaurant is awesome - we enjoyed all the dinners we had there and the breakfast was also good with enough choices. The service was pleasant and while the menu was not available in English, the waitresses serving us made sure that we understand what is on the menu. In general, the staff (and especially the waitresses) was perfect.
The batchtub could be slightly bigger. Was not perfectly cleaned, but nothing serious.

The hotel is located in a good place and the view from the room was to the river. Overall it was a good hotel, especially the friendly staff. We were given a little discount due to non-working wi-fi.
The room conditions don't correspond with the photos which are posted in the Booking. In the room didn't work TV and wi-fi. The facility of the room is quite old and really bad sound isolation.

Fantastic location in Encamp. Bedrooms were quite comfortable as well as beds. Breakfast was amazing.
Nothing bad, one detail is parking is a paid one (affordable) and there are two options nearby the hotel.
