The location was fantastic, central and a short walk to many of the main sights. Additionally, the sightseeing tour bus leave directly opposite the hotel. Taxis can be found a few minutes aways from the hotel. The receptionist were friendly and helped us when we asked questions. The room and bathroom were nice and perfect for a short stay.

The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. In fact, we didn’t eat there after the first day because all the flies on the fruit put us off. There also wasn’t any juice, only 2 bottles of water. And if you wanted orange juice, you had to squeeze it yourself (this area was really sticky). There are many stairs to take you to the lobby, this was awful as we had 5 bags to carry. The lift is slow, but maybe that’s on personal preference.

the first night in room 1 we were on street level and it was very noisy all night so we didn’t sleep. reception was helpful and moved us to a higher room overlooking the back of the hotel and that was quiet so we slept well.

No tea and coffee making facilities in rooms as advertised. Told no kettles when requested. Noisy at front of hotel. One lift out of order and there are many many stairs. Cleaning staff friendly, reception staff a bit disinterested

In my opinion, this hotel is excellent! The location is perfect and close to everything you'd like to see. The room I was staying in was spacious, clean, and had everything needed. The bed was also really comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful and accomodating. They offered to store my bag after check-out on the last day and respected my wish to travel as sustainably as possible. If I come back to Palermo, I would definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance from shops, bars, restaurants. About 15- 20 minutes walk from the historic centre of Palermo. My room was large and quiet. I had hot water in the shower. Bed was comfortable. I arrived late evening in the hotel and I was hungry. The receptionist in the hotel kindly recommended a pizza place just across the road where pizza was delicious.
