very clean and Morden rooms, great sized pool, friendly staff

aircon didn’t seem to work in the room but that didn’t really bother us and the breakfast was a little bit limited but still enjoyable

the view from our room was fantastic, overlooking the sea and shore from the first floor. beautiful to sit out on the balcony and relax. Also the room had really good AC

the drinks at the bar were a little expensive, how ever I think the all inclusive option is really good if your spending the day at the pool

The view from sea facing room is fantastic. There is a beachfront and wooden deck leading to the sea which is beautiful. The water is very clear and good for snorkeling. Breakfast buffet was good!

The kitchenette was under equipped. There was only a stove and very few cutlery. No microwave made it difficult for us.

Every member of staff at the hotel was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. They went the extra mile to ensure that we enjoyed our stay and helped us whenever we needed. The hotel really offers everything you'd need and the location could not be better, from the pool you take a few steps and go into the see. In addition to that, having live music and DJ with really cute drinking area you can wind up in the evening, is such a great idea. It's suitable for friends holiday or family holiday, as we had a 4 years old child with us and it was very safe and so enjoyable for everyone. The cruises, scuba diving and other activities are a must-go, it'll make your holiday even better.

The pool was nice and good. Probably the best feature of the hotel. The pictures do not correspond to the actual state of the hotel. The hotel is a bit dilapidated and there is not internet in the rooms, we were told that guests needed to be in the common areas to get by internet but that was not the case.

Location was great and great price. The bar and restaurant staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The reception desk was not very happy and not as welcoming. They were not rude but just seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast was good and there was some variety throughout the week. There is a supermarket just across the road too.

Although there is loads of bars and restaurants nearby, it is a taxi ride into the main area of San Antonio. Taxis are hard to get and costs about €10 each way which can become expensive with multiple journeys. There appeared to be a few crawlies (maybe silver fish?) in the bathroom that where around often.

Clean, bright and modern with good size rooms.
