Clean comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and afternoon Happy Hour. We enjoyed the pool, fitness room, and even got some laundry done.

The location made it necessary to make a u turn of coming from the south. Not a big deal, but google didn’t know.

Amazing staff member Greg, he went above and beyond for us, if I had a Hotel I would have to try and hire him as the Manager for sure. I love that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. It was very spacious and comfortable.

Our frirends room had stains on the carpet which made me feel like i couldn't walk around without shoes.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Lady who ran the breakfast was nice.

Service desk guy walked into our room at midnight with guests. we were in bed. no call, no knock. walked in and I told the general manager about it and she said "Oh I'm sorry" then looked back to her paperwork. She did not care and was condescending and rude. I was shocked at her rudeness and lack of concern. she spoke rudely to me, and even a staff member told me they were shocked we weren't offered a comped or discounted room after the invasion of privacy and rudeness from the actual GM. I told the GM I would complain and heard her tell the 2 ladies at the desk that they better back her up if I complain. Unprofessional. room was $190 and across from railroad tracks. woken up at midnight then front desk called our room a half hour later, near 1am. It was a terrible experience and we paid almost $200 for this!

We had been to this location before and thought we knew what to expect, but they had done a huge upgrade. Place was nice and clean, we enjoyed our room, it worked great for our needs. Loved adult happy hour. Nice little bonus. Breakfast was good in the morning, several choices, everyone was able to find something to eat.

Breakfast was great, room was very clean, view was awesome and staff was friendly.

Location of hotel off of the freeway was abrupt, and the pool was small and underwhelming although my kids didnt mind.

Loved the ability to have my service animal with no questions.

Have to make a u-turn to get back into the facility from the outlets, so a bit hard to access. No hot tub. Mattress wasn’t the most comfortable.

With the train going by out in front I would rather have had a room towards the back side. Can only take a right turn out of the parking lot & unable to take a left turn into due to hotel location.

Facilities and staff and breakfast was above average.

Access, location and exterior sound....every train, every truck shook the building. Difficult access with no left turn out made driving additionally long and complicated.
