I like nothing about the property they overcharged us argued with us treated us like very badly I’ve never been so insulted in all my life it took forever to get my money back and when I asked the staff to fix it they said that they didn’t do it that they didn’t owe us anything and then if I didn’t like my stay there that we could just leave and go home very rude and unacceptable.

our room had a fridge in it but when we had the pull out couch out we cousin get into the fridge. maybe rearrange the room to make it fit better? smaller fridge?

Nothing to like. All category it has failed expectations.

Room, hallways and elevator smelled like moldy. Smell is like a rg that has not dried up properly. Our room has bits n pcs of hair shavings on the bed. The room given was all the way at the farthest corner at the back with a very good view of the dumpster. from midnight to 2 am there was a container truck nearby unloading cargo making noise sounding like thunder. Lastly the after noon frontdest is a lier. we requested a change of room at the 3rd or 4th flr even with additional fee but she keot saying the 3rd and 4th flr is full. Lying in front flat face with obvious proof that the parking lot only has 10 cars parked only and from the view outside of the hotel 90% of the room windows have lights turned off. Before I forgot, breakfast is not cooked wellike potatoes and egg. Not much choices for breakfast too. Pepole who ate breakfast too looked very disappointed but we only saw 3 to 5 groups of people who ate breakfast even though the frontdesk staff said they ate fully booked up to 4th floor. They should follow the plaque they have in the frontdesk area which says "Stope making excuses and start making a differrence".

location to the casino was good.

There were kids running up and down the halls as early as 6am and folks yelling in the halls. And none of the staff seemed to be too worried about it. I have stayed here many times and I was just really disappointed. Probably won't be back again.
