Закуската беше в спортния бар непосредствено до хостела, което беше интересно разнообразие от обичайния начин за сервиране на закуска в хостелите, които съм посещавала преди. Имаше избор от различни продукти за закуска, но през различните дни не забелязах продуктите да се променят.

Нямаше шкафчета за багажа, както очаквах - пространството за багаж бяха метални кошници под леглага, за които трябва да си купиш (или носиш!) катинар, иначе няма голям смисъл от тях.

Closeness to the train station and city centre. Great value for money. Very clean place, freshness of the rooms, spotlessly clean bathrooms and toilets and comfortable bunk beds. Housekeepers doing a great job. Fabulous staff and great hospitality. Thank you very much. Will definitely be back again.

Had the top bunk (number 1 in B12) and it had a top which i hit my head one a few times. Other top bunks did not have The shower rooms had a lot of water pressure which made the whole room wet (also seemed counterproductive to save water) and the shower rooms really need mirrors please.

The location was GREAT! The staff were super friendly and helpful and great value for money for the breakfast

The only thing that was a pain was participating in dry January and having the live music at Belushi's until 1am that sounded like it was in my room.. Though if I wasn't doing dry January I can imagine this would have been a lot of fun to join in on!! Great songs

Very easy and straightforward, they had everything I expected and tons more than I would have hoped for.

The water fountain in the lobby was a little slow, but that is it, everything else was ace.

I was on the top bunk & the ceiling light was very bright.

Place is tidy and clean, beds are comfy, location is great, staff is very helpful - all good👌🏻

No chiling room, or even a kettle in the hostel on the side of Edinburgh dungeons.

Description on your site mentioned room size as 193 sq.ft. But actually the room size was hardly 80 soft including room, bathroom, sitting area. One 5'x7" space. There was not a single inch space more than that. One has to enter on to the bed through a 1'6" vault door. One by one. The room was so small, which I never came across in my lifetime. It was a vault room in appearance. Very uncomfortable. In the sitting area (2'x8') space, there's a small table with an uncomfortable chair. The bathroom was kneat and clean. Bed and linens were clean, too. The room was very, very small. Most disturbing and disgusting was that one has to jump on the bed through a small opening. Booking. Com should have a mechanism to verify descriptions provided by the properties. Information should be factual. It's totally misleading. If I had known the room would be like this. I would not have booked it. It's a nightmare for us. It appears the property is a hostel, actually. Moreover, on your app, it was mentioned that breakfast is available at the property for £5.00 per person. But the hotel charged us £6.00 per person. So, the information given on your app was totally misleading. I have to think twice before booking any room through Booking.com in the future. Because, in recent times, twice, I have been subjected to hardship, most uncomfortable stay by Booking hotel room through Booking. Com. In April, the first time was in Darjeeling and now at Edinburgh.

The room, if one calls it a room. One has just jump on to the bed thra 1'6"x 5' door. It's only 5' wide and they have fitted a bed in that space. There's not a single inch extra space. And for getting down from bed was the same. Jump off one by one through that small opening.

you have to pay to store your luggage (and have cash for it) before check in and after check out which is bizarre - it’s a service that should be included for guests. none of the usb plugs throughout the hostel worked that i tried, had to go and buy an adapter just cause of this hostel

It’s location…very near to everything

The colored hair receptionist (female)last October 7,2023 on morning shift is rude..I was trying to check in but just look at me and told her (male) colleague to attend on me..Atleast she could say she is busy but the attitude is so unprofessional (sorry but she really gives a bad vibes for a person going for a holiday) and thank u to her colleague who came to me

The bathrooms were cleaned mostly everyday day, the bed had curtains so a lot of privacy, each for a locker. Discounted drinks and food in bar downstairs

The bathrooms bins weren’t emptied and they got very gross! The people coming in and out of the room weren’t mindful at all and there should be more signs on being a bit quieter!! Also the dryer hand machine was constantly used and was extremely loud all hours of the day. Also lady who was vacuuming decided to vacuum at 6am and was aggressively slamming it against the wall.

Las habitaciones no estan nada mal. Las camas cuentan con una luz individual y enchufe para cargar el movil. Disponer de una cortina para tener intimidad esta muy bien, cosa que no hay en todos los hostales.

Great location, nice bed dorms with other facilities and friendly staff. Very good place for any traveler or backpacker to stay and enjoy Edinburgh. 13/10
