Maritza was amazing. Beautiful location and views. The cabin has been decorated well and makes the most of the view. Not many places you can wake up to a stunning sunrise. The breakfast was also lush!

Be prepared for the walk up to the property from the boat - don’t let it stop you going, just be ready for it. The views make it worth it.

Amazing place!! just like in the pictures, the room is super spacious super clean attention to every detail very nice decorated with a lot of taste, the bathroom is fully refurbished with perfect shower (hot water and good pressure), the breakfast is the BEST I had in Bolivia, they even bring it to your room! the view from the room is the best, you literally see the sunrise from bed, and all the sky full of stars at night. honestly my stay at isla del sol wouldn’t be as good if I didn’t stay in this amazing accommodation! also, the family that work are the best hosts you will find, locals from the island, can give you information about everything, arrange your boat back to Cochabamba and always willing to help with anything super super nice people! oh I didn’t use it but has a big equipped kitchen

this lovely lodge on the quiet and tranquil isla del sol is heaven on earth. the owner can cook you dinner and bring it to your lodge if you like. her breakfast was the best we had in Bolivia. loved the gas fire!

Amazing property. stunning views in the comfortable large room with bath and kitchenette. They have gas heater too.

If I have to be picky- maybe just to have little bit more gas for oven then just for an hour.

Location was quiet and beautiful. Maritza was an excellent host and cooked us great meals for breakfast and dinner every day. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The views are spectacular. absolutely the best on the island. the beds are also great, and the fireplace. there’s a kitchen, so it would be nice to stay a few days.

we didn’t realize it was such a hike — which wasn’t a problem, we were just very lucky we didn’t bring suitcases. you cannot bring luggage here!

The lodge has a stunning view! The sunset from the window of the room is just amazing! The room is big, clean and comfortable. All of the facilities are really good (kitchen, hot water shower etc.). Diego is very kind and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Incredible views from those magnificent windows! Host were incredible and everything was perfect. The place currently only has one house for guests, so incredible privacy and quiet.

- most modern accommodation on the island - great views - very nice bathroom - very good breakfast (for Bolivian standards) - nice little stove - great accommodation for couples

- roof had a whole and some water entered the apartment - should be fixed - the wall, where the water always runs down should be painted again after roof is fixed - does not look nice
