La suite était spacieuse avec un grand salon et une terrasse. L'hôtel surplombe la plage et offre une vue incroyable sur la mer. La décoration de l'hôtel est faite avec goût et moderne. le restaurant en extérieur est très agréable avec une vue sur la baie en face du coucher de soleil. Le buffet pour le petit-déjeuner est complet. De plus, les salariés sont agréables, souriants et disponibles. Un séjour très apprécié.

View from the balcony was good overlooking the sea.

Rooms were okay, in entire Albania currency calculation was so easy 100Leke for 1 Euro in hotel suddenly they asked for more money because their rates are higher if we are paying in local currency that was absurd. Breakfast was okay not many options for vegans. Towels in bathroom were torn and there was no water provided in the room not even on the day we checked in. Ac was not working after complaining person said we cannot do anything we will check in the morning. It was too far from Vlore city center, beach was not accessible as there was construction going on and was very disturbing and noisy. Hotel mentioned they have private beach but that is not true. There was nothing on the beach. There are many better and cheaper options available in Vlore centre with much better views. Do not recommend at all.

Water at the beach was horrible, very dirty, we couldn’t even go inside. Staff was very annoying, asking us all the time we went to eat about the room number. The value for the money is 0. Food was everyday the same. Same salads, same fruits…

There’s not enough parking for the cars and we had to leave our keys to reception.

The restorant, they where really unorganized. Also when we asked to get a coffee in evening 7:00 pm they said that is late and they don’t have coffee on that time, like we were on the club.

The hotel has undergone significant renovations since we stayed here last year. The staff served us perfectly and the rooms were clean. Hope to see you again soon.

Everything was perfect, a fantastic arrangement. We had only booked breakfast, but we decided to try the dinner at the buffet, which had many choices and the cooking was very good. Very hospitable and polite staff.

Dinner!! choice of food was very limited (fish soup/fish or chicken soup/chicken) we had to eat out couple of times.... If we know the food would be limited to fish or chicken every evening, we would've booked bed & breakfast only.

Marvellous. The hotel was fascinating. Our breakfast was a typical French selection, and we felt honoured to be served such a delicious meal. The staff provided excellent service, as well as being kind. Overall, this was an excellent building, featuring a spacious, well-maintained room with a balcony and a private pool. Definitely returning there.

no room service cold water in shower 2 night on 3 breakfast fast empty at 8.30 to much noise with the staff électricity problem no cocktail in the bar of a 5 star … only cofe and beers…. no beach because she was so durty staff clean the table before when we dont finish to lunch « Go Away » its a 2 stars hôtel with Nice room …

The hospitality was fantastic, the staff very kind and the environment, I don't know what to say, a very beautiful decoration. Although the works continued, everything was great 😊

My room didn’t lock, my shower didn’t have hot water, the safe didn’t work. The hotel was full of teenagers in some kind of trip/party and they screamed and shouted all night until 5am. Asked reception to deal with it and they hang up the phone on me.

This was our second time staying here and we really like this hotel. There is a beautiful view from the hotel room balcony. There is a private beach in front of the hotel which is free for guests. Food and drinks are reasonably priced. Hotel staff are very friendly. We will definitely be back.

There isn’t much space been sun loungers at the pool so we used the beach each day instead.

in one word: PERFECT! If you get here all inclusive it is wort it complete. special thanks to the host manager Besi, very respectfull guy and helps you if you have anything. we enjoyed
