Nice and big room, very clean, with helping and nice owner. There is a pool and small bar in the hotel. Everything was ok, cleaning and change of towels regular. It's close to the beach and to shops (big supermarket nearby and whole street of turistic shops) and tavernas. There is a public transportation available and it's not so far from Rethymno (very long walk if you prefer to walk).

Just as a precaution - remember that it's very turistic place (for some it's better for some it's worse). And be careful if you go by car - street to hotel is very narrow and not always you'll find a place to park in front of the hotel (if you're a good driver it's not a problem at all).

+ Location was good. It's close to 2 supermarkets and the bus stop, which is where you take a 20 minute bus ride to the city centre. + The balcony was very pleasant.

- Bug found in cutlery and surfaces were dusty, generally poor cleanliness in the room and kitchenette. - No pressure from the shower head; we had to shower using a bucket. - The oven advertised is a hybrid mini-microwave, rather than an actual oven. - Most importantly, there are no mosquito nets for the balcony door and bathroom window, meaning that with Greece's high temperatures, visitors are indirectly 'forced' to buy the use of the air conditioning, which comes at an extra cost (5 euros per day). - Staff were indifferent and unprofessional. Not very welcoming.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. Linen and towels changed regularly. Superb location for beach, shops and restaurants.

Excellent location - friendly staff

Pleasent and friendly staff. Cleaning every day, change towels and toalet consumptions orderly. Swimming pool was always clean with sparkly clean water, also sun beds and sunshades are free for use and available.

Hotel room and services are in expecting rate. Little bit bad is the indirect path to the beach and narrow street for bigger car. It missing nets on window shutter to stop mosquitos.

Good location

The owner doesn’t takes his management role seriously and didn’t take action on my feedback regarding a noisy and dominant family who was taking over the extremely small swimming pool. This swimming pool is also shared with another hotel. The owner created noise himself as he uses the hotel as a location to hang out with his big family - not very professional. Air conditioning costs 5 euros per day. Cleaning and towels once in 3 days.
