We stayed in a dome with a hot tub. It was incredible to be able to use the tub whenever we wanted to, and it was really relaxing.

The facilities did not have running (cold) water during the day and I could not use the bathroom attatched to the dome.

The restaurant offered happy hour then charged full price , ; I don't like coming down to breakfast and the restaurant is still being cleaned , it should be done before the breakfast session starts

The location and the staff were great! Everyone was so friendly.

The only thing that could have been better is if they gave us pool towels for the hot springs in addition to the towels for our Dome unit.

Faculties looked run down. Floors were nasty. Playground closed early. Also, we booked as a 3 perdón family and then they refused to accommodate us, moving us off the river to a lesser location.

The dome was a unique experience and the tinjars were amazing. The sound of the stream at night and stars overhead were wonderful

It is a good place for hiking. And the restaurant is good. The swimming pool is a little bit of old, but it satisfy your purpose.

We order one month ahead of the schedule. They initially give us the dorm tent without hot water, with broken toilet in a snow rain night. Though we complained about it, they change a good cabinet for us. The staff initially wouldn't explain for us that we have free breakfast and free enjoy swimming facilities
