The pools and beach area was beautiful. The 1 bedroom suite was amazing and kitchen was well appointed. The Staff was very attentive to our every need. I would highly recommend the Club Regina Cancun.

The Club Regina is directly on the ocean. The beach is beautiful. The resort is small and personal, a very different vibe from the big, mega resorts! The staff is wonderful and responsive.

The resort is older and some areas need updating, but everything is in good working condition.

DO NOT STAY HERE, threatened to call the POLICE because I was refusing to pay a so called “resort fees” that was not communicated in advance on the booking list. I saw some reviews about this so I was prepared but not at this level. I’ve contacted booking.con assistance in advance, they told me I’ve nothing else to pay and this “resort fee” I did not have to pay. At the check out the lady told us that we must pay this fee, I told them again and again that I’ve been folded by booking to don’t pay, they did not get me any manager or supervisor, at one point the threatened me to call the police if I was leaving with our paying. I’ve ended up paying this fee and run away from this scary place. A part from this, we found BUGS, little ANTS, pool under construction, seeweed on the beach and personal asking for tips. STAY AWAY avoid at all cost.

Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff.

I didn't get ocean view room. From pictures looked like I would. Only a 1 night stay so wasn't that big of a deal.
