Please fix the faucets. Water was leaking.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Even though, it has been a while since we’ve been there, we still talk about it. If you’re looking to book an oceanfront hotel room, this is a nice place for that. My only thing was the check-in process. Whomever was at the desk for check-in was taking a while (10-15 minutes) to come out even though they were in the back. Other than that, the overall experience was great (4.6/5). It’s quite affordable as well. Thinking about it? Just go ahead & book it (:

We enjoyed our stay! This hotel is clean and highly sophisticated. It has the biggest club in Miami inside the hotel, we even saw P. Diddy. The views are amazing. Being right on the beach was amazing. I can go on forever. We loved our stay! The only negative is hearing people outside the hallways. You could literally hear conversations clearly and loudly. I've never experienced this at a hotel. But, we made sure not to stay in the room all day and night; to be able to hear noises. Hah! Overall, great place to stay!

The room was great (obviously by the pictures in the listing). Owner and staff was very responsive throughout the entire process. I would stay here again.

This was not our first stay at FB and won’t be our last. I’ve always done a vacation rental for FB and it’s always a great experience. This owner was wonderful! Always very communicative and responsive to my requests or questions. The room and view were fabulous. We would totally stay in this owners room again and we can’t wait to come back !

When we arrived the air conditioner wasn’t working. I called the front desk staff a total of 8 times from 1am until 9am. My infant was sweating in the room it was so warm. Each time I called they said someone would be up in 20min per the policy. I called back after 20min multiple times and no one ever came. I waited from 20min to 1hr at most after each call and no one ever came all night. My calls were supposedly escalated due to my infant but again no one ever came. I called all night because she was awake and uncomfortable. My last call was 8am the next day and I was asked if I had been out on balcony to which I answered no. We check in the room at midnight and went straight to bed. I was told that I should check to see if the balcony was closed and it was. I was told to open the door and close it hard to see if the thermostat would come back on and that worked. I was disappointed that no one could have me do this all night long. More disappointing was that I reached out to the property manager for assistance several times and he never responded to me. 4messages and I never got a response. Lack of communication is unacceptable and for that reason I would not stay in this room again. When we got there the room was connected to another room and the area on the door where the lock is had busted wood which meant we could not lock our side of the door. My husband and I had to push the buckled wood back in place to be able to lock our door for privacy. The room is clean and spacious and just like the pics but the poor communication is a deal breaker for me as it should be for the property owner as well.

Great property, excellent service, incredible location, outstanding food, proximity to pools, beach, walking path - all terrific. I would absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommend this place. Everything is as it is listed including the amazing view and patio. Checking in/out was super easy, all of the amenities of the hotel were great and the spa passes were a nice added bonus. Would definitely go back to this place!

The room is really spacious and the view is spectacular! We had a little trouble with the door lock at check-in but it was quickly repaired by the staff. After that everything was seamless. The resort is beautiful and the complimentary valet parking is great!

Overall, this was an A-1 property rental. Great views, comfy beds. The only glitch was that the unit was a little dusty and there was minor debris on the surfaces that we had to call housekeeping for the night we checked in. Keep an eye on your check out bill, we had to dispute the charge for cleaning. Other than that, a great stay.

Everything was wonderful at the resort. We had two small issues. When checking in I asked about housekeeping and was told it would only be a departure clean. Housekeeping actually came every two days as the hotel website indicated. Both the hotel and valet tried to charge for parking but this charge was removed when I pointed it out. Otherwise the room and resort were just as described.

We enjoyed the beautiful views and easy valet parking . The unit was beautiful and very comfy. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice spot to enjoy Miami.

This was our first stay at fountainbleau and will not be our last. My girlfriend and I got away for a long weekend without the husband and couldn’t have had a better time. The unit was amazing and the view was everything I could have ever imagined. We don’t ever want to go back up North but we have already marked it on our calendar we will be back very soon.

Wow! The view from this room was absolutely amazing!!! It was so nice to sit on the patio and watch the ocean. The room was also very clean and nice! I would definitely stay in this room again! Wonderful tub to relax in, bed was comfortable, spacious,and again such an incredible view. Was very easy to book, check in and out, and valet ;parking was such a nice perk. My husband and I had a great stay for our honeymoon!
