Morning View est une magnifique nouvelle maison de luxe de 9 chambres, 11. 5 salles de bain en bord de mer avec ascenseur et piscine privée chauffée. Il a des salles de séjour sur chacun des 3 niveaux et comprend une chambre et une salle de bain adaptées aux personnes handicapées (la douche a une bordure de 1,5 po). Disponible à partir du 1er octobre.
Le rez-de-chaussée a une énorme grande pièce avec un vaste salon, une table à manger de 16 pieds pouvant accueillir de 16 à 20 personnes et une cuisine bien équipée avec un grand îlot pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Ce niveau comprend également 2 chambres King, chacune avec une salle de bain privée, une demi-salle de bain près de la piscine et une buanderie. L'ascenseur atteint tous les étages.
Les vérandas du rez-de-chaussée offrent des repas en plein air, des sièges, votre piscine privée chauffée et une promenade des dunes vers la plage de Gulf Shores blanc comme le sucre. En dessous, vous trouverez un grand barbecue, une longue table de pique-nique et des sièges plus ombragés et un espace de vie extérieur.
L'étage intermédiaire dispose de 4 chambres (2 rois, 2 qui ont chacune une paire de reines). Tous ouverts sur des porches en bord de plage. Amazing Property right on the beach. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. I loved the big couch and kitchen table so that everyone could be together. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and had lots of extras, ice maker was a plus! The elevator made it convenient to load and unload. Great views of the beach from the house and pool. Even when you were in the pool, you felt like you were at the beach. Beds were comfortable and AC worked fantastic. The only downside were the biting flies the first few days made being on the beach miserable. We had to use insect repellent on top of our sunscreen. Even at the house they were bad. We discovered that when the wind blows from the North, they blow in from the bay area. The wind changed and it improved the rest of the week.

Our large family of 30 stayed here and it was so amazing. Right on the beach, shower and spigot outside for rinsing sand and private pool. Would definitely stay here again. It had two fridges and an under counter ice maker. Thank you!

This is a great house for multiple families. Having washer/dryer on each of the three floors was a plus. Great views of the beach and ocean from the balconies. The kitchen has everything we needed. Beds are comfortable. We would rent this house again in the future.

This was our 3rd stay with Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals. Each one has been better that the last. GSVR are some friendly folks and very easy to work with. We love Gulf Shores AL and we're always impressed with GSVR. Morning View is a beautiful house. Lots of room and we need it because there's a lot of us. Gulf Shores is our favorite vacation location and we've already booked the same house for next year!

We stayed for the week with 3 families -- 6 adults and 16 children, ages 1 to 13. We have stayed in many beach homes over the years, and this one was the best by far! The house was in excellent condition and very, very clean on arrival. The heated pool was AMAZING to have right on the deck, overlooking the beach and ocean, which was only steps away. The setup of the bedrooms worked excellent for our group, and we could have easily slept more people. The kitchen was well equipped and there was an abundance of living space for everyone to spread out and chill when we weren't at the beach or pool. The management company was extremely responsive and answered any questions/concerns within minutes, providing excellent service. Would highly, highly recommend -- 10/10!

This is a wonderful property in a great location, far enough away that we almost had a private beach but close enough to run out if need be. Highly recommend this house. The only issue we had was the pool was supposedly heated to 88 but never got above 72. Made it a little hard on the kids. Still would not keep me from coming back. The pool pump just needs to run 24/7 in order to keep the water circulating to keep it warm.

This is the second time of our family of 28 staying here. It is a beautiful house in a great location and our family loves it. Our only complaint is that there were several things this time requiring maintenance. The sliding glass door was broken with a sign reading “do not use” and this is the same door that was broken the year before. The door to the pool was also broken and had to remain propped open throughout the day for use IF we could get it open that morning. The lights to the stovetop were like a strobe when turned on and the trash had not been removed from the outdoor cans so we had no place for our trash the first couple of days. One of the dishwashers Start button does not always work and dishes had to be moved from one washer to the other. I just feel for the price paid, these small things should be addressed and/or repaired. Overall this is a wonderful home and we plan on returning. We would just like to not deal with the various maintenance issues.

Our family rented Morning View for the 3rd year (and our 4th time in a GS Vacation Rental). The house is very well laid out for socializing and dining together as a group as well as flowing from the living area to the pool area to the beach area. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Only issues were a lack of enough forks and limited number of knives for food prep. The property is beginning to show wear and tear a little but since we have stayed in the same house each year we know what to expect. We are likely to stay here again in the future.

The house is breathtaking and the location is phenomenal - private, but not too far from the main strip in Gulf Shores. The people at Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals were fantastic to work with. They (and the owner) were very accommodating in order to make our trip phenomenal.The private beach is gorgeous. The pool has a great view of the ocean. Previous guests left beach gear below the house.The elevator was helpful to transport luggage. 5 bedrooms have an attached balcony overlooking the ocean. All rooms have a view of the ocean.The main floor is breathtaking. Floor to ceiling windows with a large porch. The kitchen area on the main floor is beautiful. There is plenty of space to cook and entertain a large family. We absolutely loved the long dining table.

This property was perfect for our group. There was more than enough space, privacy and meeting room for us to be comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessities to prepare and serve meals, double refrigerators and stoves were very helpful, and the seating was comfortable with enough for everyone to engage with the group. The outdoor seating was perfect and location could not have been better. We had a rainy week, but would love to return and enjoy the beach and outdoor activities.
