Wonderful property and very responsive host. Pool and dock areas were absolutely lovely. We are a family with adult kids and their spouses and we all still had our own space and bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

We spend one week with our family (8 people) in this wonderful home and had a great Christmas Time in Cape Coral. We loved the Christmas Tree and the decoration in the living room. There were enough space and bathrooms for all of us. We had everything we needed in this house and the communication with Egle was perfect. The neighborhood is very calm and beautiful. You will find everything you need in the area (supermarkets, restaurants, …).

The house was great! Lots of room for the family and friends. And the hosts were easy yo get in contact with and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend it!!

Eight adults stayed for 6 nights at this house and we couldn't,t be more pleased. The house has a great lay out so if you want some quiet and privacy you can find it. We all gathered around the big table for meals and card gams at night. The outdoor kitchen and the pool are fantastic. In a nice quiet neighborhood but close to amazing restaurants and of course the beaches. Thank you Egle!

Our stay at Eight Lakes was one for the memory books! The house has an amazing layout with a beautiful pool and view. Plenty of space for a boat as well. Communication with the property owner was easy and all messages were always returned very quickly. Perfect location when wanting to visit other beaches in the area. The property is close to restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. I would highly recommend staying at Eight lakes for all families.

A beautiful home to celebrate a “big” birthday . Our host was readily available for questions. The property was convenient to stores, restaurants and parks. We sat on the pier and watched fireworks on the Fourth of July. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this property with a group of adult family and friends. The house was absolutely perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool and bar/grill area. The set up of the house was such that we could all gather together without feeling cramped and yet we all still had enough privacy. The location was very nice as well. Easy to get to the grocery store when we needed to yet far enough away from the vacation crowds that we felt like we had our own private resort. I would highly recommend this property.

Cape Coral/Ft. Myers has been a family vacation spot for more than 30 years. This property met all the expectations for our multi generational family get together. The home is spacious with a large open floor plan kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. A second sitting area nestled between the 3 bedroom main house and the back 2 bedrooms provided privacy and/or some separation as needed during the day. The 5 bedrooms and 4 baths made privacy and preparation for the day easy. The pool and sitting area provided comfortable and private usage with trees and shrubs providing natural views and privacy barriers all in one. The lake side dock was a favorite evening visit to watch the sunset. Actually were able to see 2 Manatee that were resting in the shadows of the boat well- up close and personal with a mom and her baby. We have already booked this property for next year!

What an amazing experience! Our family of 8 stayed over the Christmas holiday. When we arrived, there was a beautiful Christmas tree, bottle of wine and chocolates to welcome us. The pool, large sliding doors, outside kitchen, dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms were all immaculate and allowed us to feel at home. The dishwasher wasn't working. The owner was an excellent communicator and had a handy man over to repair it the next day. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone interested in a luxurious vacation on the water in South Florida.

Highly recommend this home. So very spacious. House is very well maintained and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and rooms are great sizes . Pool is huge and outdoor grill area was so great. We brought our boat and it was awesome docking too. Will definitely return, loved it.

The house is spectacular. We celebrated my daughter's 19th Birthday this past weekend with family and friends. Everyone had a great time. Egle ( property manager ) is an amazing person. Was very attentive to our needs and always responded immediately to any questions I had during our stay. He also gave us great recommendations to restaurants nearby. I will definitely be renting this property again!

Great House! Very spacious and comfortable. The owner responds very quickly. The only thing was that the housekeeper needs to clean in more detail the house. Definitely will go again!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The only issue we had was we found a few bugs and ants roaming around but other than that the place is amazing

We had a very enjoyable two week vacation at this large waterfront villa. There was plenty of room in the house, with a lovely heated pool. The home is located in a nice neighbourhood, walking distance to the park and short drives to grocery stores or restaurants. Enjoyed spending time in the spacious kitchen overlooking the pool and water. Joseph was very responsive to our questions during our stay. Would rent this home again! Thanks Sheila

The house is very nicely decorated, clean, in a great location and has a very nice pool.There are enough essentials to get you started. We would definitely stay again.

This is a modern spacious executive home located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to a park and bicycle and walking paths. The heated salt water pool is gorgeous with plenty of chairs and space around the pool with a large BBQ kitchen area. We spent mor time outdoors then indoors. The house is very spacious. We were a group of 3 couples and did not find it crowded. The owner is very attentive to any concerns you may have and responds almost immediately to email enquiries.
