Que no nos dieron servicio a la habitación. Y ahí dice que es 24 horas. Me la pase marcando a las 10 pm y nada. Nunca contestaron.

I smell in the reception and the fact you couldn't order a real coffee at breakfast. Feel the rate should have been discounted as all the facilities were not provided

Location and design of the hotel

This was my first time when I had an ugly argument with a hotel staff. I travel a lot worldwide and have never seen such an attitude before, especially coming from a restaurant manager. I ordered a meal called sikilpak and they served me something else instead with pumpkin seeds on top that are not on the menu item description. I asked a waitress to check with kitchen because it doesn’t look right. Later I had to explain myself multiple times to the wait staff and their manager Itzabelle. They kept arguing with me trying to convince me that this is the meal I ordered and yes lots of pumpkin seeds should be on a platter even though it’s not in the menu. Instead of fixing the meal, Itzabelle was very rude and aggressive with me. At the end she became sarcastic to my suggestion to fix the menu to reflect the seeds or remove them from the meal. It was bad experience. Overall, I received an impression that the entire restaurant staff is sick and tired of guests. I didn’t feel welcomed at Canopy. Too bad, no more Canopy hotel for me, even though it’s located in a great area right next door to the shopping center and beach.

La piscina era muy linda pero la música era tan fuerte que era como estar en una discoteque . No se podía ni leer ni conversar y a las 6 pm llegaba el DJ y era peor .
