L'unité est à Kauhale Makai - ou Village by the Sea qui est un excellent complexe de villégiature sur une grande propriété herbeuse face à l'océan. Il y a une piscine, un bain à remous et une piscine pour enfants. C'est une promenade de 2 minutes à travers l'herbe qui mène à une plage de sable idéale pour nager, se promener, regarder le lever et le coucher du soleil, faire du kayak, du canoë-kayak, du paddle, du kitesurf et de la planche à voile. Il y a un terrain de volley-ball et un jeu de palets sur la propriété, ainsi que plusieurs courts de tennis et de pickleball à quelques mètres.
L'emplacement de Kihei est idéal. Il se trouve à 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. De l'unité, vous pouvez marcher 20-30 minutes pour les restaurants, les épiceries et les magasins.
La chambre principale a un lit king size avec une porte coulissante en verre dans la véranda. Vous avez une superbe vue sur l'océan depuis le lit. Il y a une douche ensuite.
La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et une salle de bain avec une combinaison de baignoire et douche.

Air conditionné dans toute l'unité. Il y a un ventilateur de plafond dans la salle à manger et la chambre et un petit ventilateur de table dans la chambre principale. La brise de l'océan est une excellente alternative à la climatisation.
Il y a le wifi gratuit et la télévision par câble. Il y a une télévision dans le salon et dans la chambre principale.
Il n'y a pas de laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité, mais il y a plusieurs salles de lavage à pièces dans le bâtiment.
En septembre et octobre 2019, des travaux de rénovation sont en cours pour améliorer le jardin de la cour intérieure et les allées intérieures. S'il vous plaît pardonnez la poussière.

This property is everything your could ask for. Views, grills, cookware, location beach gear etc. Juls was always availble to help with any need or question and communication with her amd Lisa was always quick. 100 stars!!

Excellent and relaxing! The only thing we did not like/realize is the balcony looks right out to the pool which can get very loud and didn’t feel as private as we would have liked. The host is amazing and very responsive if you have any questions.

The management is very responsive. The AC had issues a few times, but it was resolved quickly. The furniture was the only issue, the couch and beds were a bit hard and my husband has a bad back. Also, the beach just outside is not swimmable, but it is just a short drive from our favorite beach, Wailea. Overall, a good place to stay on Maui.

You might suspect the views were being over-represented, but they were just as fantastic as they appear in the photos. The condo was comfortable and well-appointed. Juls was as sweet and helpful as could be. The location was perfect for our needs: convenient to restaurants and amenities, yet quiet. Would recommend.

A beautiful property with a wonderful view of the ocean! The property manager made sure we had everything we needed and let us keep our stuff in the room until our next property was ready because no one was checking in after us. I hope to stay again!!!

Lisa's condo was perfect for Maui adventure. The condo was clean, recently renovated and contained everything we needed for 2 couples to live comfortably for the week. We all agree, we can't wait to return to Maui and will definitely stay here again!

The location was very central and close to whale watching, which was excellent! We would recommend this condo and stay again our next time in Maui.

This was a good deal and a very short walk to the closest beach - additional bars, restaurants and more beaches are a very short drive.
The manager Barry was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The view of palm trees and the ocean right from your bed was just beautiful. Hosts were very responsive and everything was as described and well stocked. Spectacular sunsets. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything is as advertised in the listing and photos - very clean and an easy place to land. The owner, Lisa, is super-helpful from the moment you book and throughout your stay if needed. Centrally located, but you’ll want a car because the walkability down Kihei Blvd is hindered by a lack of sidewalks and most places are generally too far away for walking anyhow.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It had all of the necessities to settle in quickly. The grounds and view were everything we hoped it would be. Lisa was amazing to deal with before and during our visit. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

This property is exactly as described. It was very clean, well stocked and updated in appearance. It has central air, which was a nice bonus since it was hot the week we were there. The AC had a brief malfunction when we arrived (this was a building issue), but the property manager kept us informed and it was resolved very quickly! The property owner is very responsive - the best we've dealt with, and we've stayed at multiple VRBO properties. We took two adult age kids (20) with us, and we were all very comfortable with the amount of privacy and common space. The only thing we found somewhat inconvenient is that there wasn't anything a short walk away. We love being able to walk to get coffee in the morning, or even a quick breakfast, and while those options are close, it was a bit further than we wanted to walk in the morning. That's just our preference, and not a deal breaker at all. Also, the beach right behind the property isn't much of a "playing on the beach" type of location. We went there to see the sunset and walk around a bit to get our feet wet, but we drove down the road to surf, swim and hang out on the sand. The pool is very well maintained and a nice option, too. Overall, this is a great property, and I would recommend it.

Communication was above and beyond starting prior to our arrival and continued through our exit. Views were splendid and the lanai is situated in a way that blocked the afternoon island winds permitting us to really enjoy it. Lovely condo that I would highly recommend.

This condo and property were excellent! Beautiful views, beautiful grounds, great accommodations, and the host/owner & on-site contact were great. Both checked in on us throughout our stay to be sure we were settling in, and they gave us many recommendations which helped make our stay that much more enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again, and recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Kihei.

Lisa’s property was the absolute best location for all the adventures we packed into our short stay. To be able to watch sunrise and sunset on the beach a short walk from the condo was amazing, and I am already planning a trip back with my husband and kids to be able to share the beauty with them! Mahalo!

Very good communication with owner. Property looked right out at ocean and was right near pool which we used. Very, very clean, updated, well stocked. One of the best VRBOs we have stayed-in. Highly recommend.

It was our first time visiting Maui and we couldn't have asked for a better place, location and host.
The place is centrally located (easy day trips to other towns like Lahaina) but not overcrowded with tourists, which is perfect if you want to just relax.
The property itself has multiple amenities (pool, spa), convenient access to the ocean as well as an ample amount of parking space. The unit was clean and tidy and had an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony.
Lastly, our host, Lisa was so welcoming and was always available should we have any questions.
Wish we could've have stayed longer. We will definitely be back soon. Mahalo!

The condo was clean, updated, nicely furnished with beach-type decor, the beds were comfortable and it had just the right amount of space. The ocean view was great both in the morning and during the evening sunsets. We loved the location as it was a short drive to multiple different beaches. Lisa was a great hostess, communicated well and gave great tips on everything from eating out to best places to snorkel.

My wife, her sister and daughters spent a week at this fabulous condo. You can tell it has been recently renovated. It has a fantastic view looking out over the ocean which was great for waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee or watching the sun set. We really enjoyed that this condo was in a quieter part of Kihei but so close to everything we wanted to do like going to the beach and hiking. We would for sure stay here again if we come back to Maui!!!!

We did a lot of research into where we would stay for our two week Maui vacation and planned very far in advance. This place checked all the boxes except for one...no in-unit washer and dryer and as it turned out, the owner was right, access to them was super easy and the machines were high efficiency and quick. Being oceanside was top priority, also central AC, a pool, hot tub and comfortable mattresses for all. Everything was clean and lovely, updated and efficient. The view, oh so lovely. We enjoyed the lanai every morning and evening! Two tiny details: we would have liked more than one bath towel per adult, but we understand that is a lot of laundry to do at the end of a guest's stay, and the rattan dining room chair backs were a little loose. Otherwise, everything and more was provided for a comfortable and most lovely stay! Lisa was an amazing host and went above and beyond in her communications. Her property manager was so helpful as well. Lisa and her property manager were so helpful and made awesome recommendations. When we arrived everything was so lovely with coffee waiting and all the details seen to. You can tell this is their home-away-from-home because it is so well cared for. We met many nice people when we were there. Our last night, there were some loud spring breakers at the pool. We were grateful for the building security who came every night at 10:15 to clear the area. We would return to this beautiful unit in a second!!

Really enjoyed the location of this property…nice grass area between the condo and the beach, made for great colors during morning coffee! And Lisa was ver helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.

My husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is close to many amenities. The unit is very clean and well appointed for a relatively short stay of 8 nights. My only suggestion is that we would have appreciated more towels and facecloths. We had to launder them often. Also curious as to why there weren’t any Kleenex in the unit.
We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.

This lovely condo definitely deserves a 5 star rating! It is immaculate, tastefully decorated with newer upgrades and offers a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from the balcony. Lisa and Julie were very helpful and answered our questions promptly. We were more than satisfied with our stay here and would love to return in the future!
