Very clean and comfortable. Very safe neighborhood and close proximity to nice food and beverage places. Highly recommend.

We brought our own Christmas tree! The condo was great for the 4 of us and easily accommodated 6 when our son & his girlfriend joined us for watching movies and opening gifts!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Leslie was a very responsive host. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well stocked. we will try to stay here on future visits to SLC.

The place looked beautiful inside and it was really well setup. There were a lot of dishes which was fantastic for an extended stay (a lot of places have one set). This place was close to everything including Temple Square and everything else downtown. I would come back again!

This apartment is in a great location. Easy to access downtown and easy to get to the mountains quickly. The grocery store is one block away. The property manager is very responsive. The hot water went out while we were there and Leslie got it fixed that day. The beds were comfy and the AC was cold. I would recommend this place to others.

I've used VRBO several times and this was by far the best communication I've had from a host. Everything was exactly as listed except the bonus of a weighted blanket for the den! We look forward to staying again.

Enjoyed our visit very much. Our host Leslie was kind and accommodating and it was a great place to host a couple of small family dinners. Will happily return there if I have the opportunity to visit Salt Lake City again.

We stayed for a college visit and ski trip. The location was very convenient for access to U of U campus, food options, downtown, and made for easy travel to ski hills. It is also very close to public transportation. The space was clean and comfortable. Leslie provided timely, clear communication and was great to work with.

We booked this place to explore the University of Utah and the location was perfect. We loved going to Liberty Park and the university. Our host did a great job communicating with us and making sure we were enjoying ourselves.

The rental was as expected. The beds were comfortable. The condo was warm (too warm at night!), there were plenty of towels & blankets, and the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked. We only had two complaints – the Keurig malfunctioned on the second day, and it was too warm at night for us. We were unable to turn the thermostat down below 68°. We were able to heat water for coffee in the electric pot. We would stay here again!

Great place and great location. It's in a condo complex so need to go through some stairs to find but very convenient location. Gas station convenience store, McDonald's, and grocery store right across the street. Walkable to many restaurants, UTA, and also very accessible to Lyft. We took a Lyft to ski so didn't spend too long here but was comfortable when we were here. Bed sinks in and a bit soft for my preference but no big deal. I definitely would stay again.

Great little spot, close to the U, it’s a cute and comfortable place, well stocked and clean!

The property is very nicely maintained and located very close to downtown SLC. We enjoyed our stay. The only one thing is that locating the property at night could be little tricky. We went around in circles quite a few times although property manager provided us with good directions.

This lovely condo was conveniently located to both the University and the downtown area. All conveniences were provided for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend this property and would gladly return when staying in Salt Lake City.

The property owner was wonderful and so helpful with providing information to make our stay super relaxing. I’ve stayed in a number of different VRBOs and this was easily the best experience I’ve had. The condo was in great condition, super clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had tons of pots/pans and was stocked with spices/seasonings. Overall, an awesome place to stay!!!

Had everything we needed and more. Check in directions were a little confusing because the name of the complex is different than reservation and because there were three parking places with our assigned number so you definitely have to use the photo for identification and we weren't the greatest at deciphering the instructions.. Drove right to it but weren't sure because of complex name and parking situation. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need as well as other items.

I do not recommend this property since after your stay you make extra charges when you rent the property they tell you that they have active cameras at the entrance for your security and after my stay they tell me to steal a comfort from the property I tell them that Show me the video where she ensures that I take it since she says she has active cameras because I am sure I did not, on the contrary, we left the house as clean as possible and she grabs me an extra charge for theft and never gives evidence when I I ask them to open a case and she does not provide proof of what she says but she relies on saying that there was damage to the property and that the money would not be returned, the only thing they tell me I can do is comment on my bad experience because she will not return the money for That is why I do not recommend this property since they charge you extra without giving you proof. I have been renting properties for a long time and my rating is 5 stars because we have never left any damage to any property. I am very upset that Allan accused me of something that we did not do without giving evidence, be careful when renting this property, it is theft what you do

The property is nice, very clean and some amenities. Great proximity to SLC and surrounding areas.

Just what we needed for our short stay while skiing. Fit our family perfectly. Everything was well appointed and very clean. No complaints at all.

Great space, super clean, kitchen was great altho a little small it was outfitted with quality appliances. 2 reasons for the 4 star and not 5… first the mattress in the bedroom felt like sleeping on a cot, you sink down in the middle and the second reason which was even more important to all of us was the lock on the ac, every 2 hrs it would reset to 78* and all of us woke up sweating and having to turn the air down again. That was extremely inconvenient as we were on the go most of our time here and our rest was of the up most importance. If management could change that one thing I’d highly recommend and probably would have overlooked the mattress and given 5starts!

Very clean and spacious, walking distance to downtown, Temple Square, all the restaurants, coffee shops, and other attractions—would certainly recommend, and will stay again when we’re back in town!

We stayed 2 nights in SLC. Hostess was very accommodating with ease of locating property and making certain we were taken care of. Clean & spacious. Loved that it had laundry available.

The apartment was very clean and nice. Located at a great location and very close to the university. The surroundings were quiet and we were able to sleep well. Overall, our stay was comfortable. It appeared to me that most of the residents were students from University of Utah and we did not notice any noise issues. I highly recommend this place and hope the surroundings stay quiet during school year when all the students are back.

Pros: Location was close to everything is Salt Lake Property looked clean Basicly looked like the pictures Had mostly what we needed Nice decor Cons: Smelled like a moldy basement. Had to buy lots of fresheners to try to cover the smell. While the inside looked alright, the complex is not in good shape Carpet needs renewing We weren't informed until right before our check-in that there was major water damage in the ceiling over the shower. So we were left with a big hole over the shower. We had to tape a bag over it because it was freaking the kidds out. Then we find out the very next morning at 9am people are coming to look at it so we had to be ready to let them in. Not what I wanted to start our visit with. In looking back at the reviews, they clearly knew about this issue back in June but didn't warn us about it and give us the option to look for a different property. Not very professional. So it could be an accecptable property if they get the issues taken care of but we wouldn't stay there again because of their management of the situation.

We had a great time on this vrbo, in downtown SLC, close to stores, restaurants and night life.

We were only in town for one night, but this was perfect. Check in was a breeze, and we walked to a nearby Italian restaurant for dinner. There had been a small leak from the above unit, and the property manager took care of it immediately while we were out. We were able to walk around to check out some of the city early in the morning before check out. Comfortable, quiet place!
