The house has lots of space and everything you need for a family stay. Fantastic team and owner really cares about his property being right for his guests.
When we first arrived there were some issues. I contacted the owner and straight away he responded in a reassuring manner and assured us the issues would be sorted asap
His team were with us shortly after and promptly sorted things. They were so professional and we would happily stay in their properties again. Thank you

The house was in a good location, it is well laid out & spacious . There is a well equipped shop around the corner & a good chippy which came in handy.
No real complaints apart that maybe the house could do with a few minor repairs to improve its appeal.

Ashland House was very spacious in a quiet estate. Lovely decor & the added bonus of a garden with outdoor seating. A toilet on each floor including en suite was also a plus point. House was fully equiped with everything we needed for our stay.

We loved the garden ,the space we had throughout the house...the street...peace and quiet...
The lock on the entrance door not safe for children...could be open at any time and run outside 😏 . Not safe...as well as the locks from inside the bedrooms,a child could lock himself inside the room. Not safe .

This is a large property with 4 good sized double bedrooms and one single. It is well maintained with free car parking. The kitchen/diner was well equipped too. We were a group of 6 and it was perfect for our needs.
Sadly there is only one en-suite although there is a large bathroom on the middle floor and a cloakroom on the ground floor.

The spacious bedrooms, the carpet. The decor, everything was really nice.
That there was no soap dispensers or toilet roll in any of the toilets. There should have been more leaning products, like gloves or scouring sponge for the pots.
