Convenience and restaurant. Good car parking.
The property was great but some very loud chavvy types in the restaurant. Not your fault!

Good Price, Comfy bed, nice shower, friendly staff, and a good full English breakfast. What more could you need for a cheap night away. Also, connects to a reasonably priced pub. It’s not the Ritz but nor are the prices. Highly recommend if you want somewhere cheap and cheerful.
Lady at check-in in didn’t make it clear that if you hadn’t ordered breakfast with your room, you could either opt for the hotel breakfast (served 7 till 9) or the pub breakfast (served 9 till 12). We were only told that breakfast was served 7 till 9 when we could have had a lie in and gone for the pub breakfast, instead of getting up at 8 to make it down to the hotel breakfast.

Price....come on lads those rooms ain't worth that, but hey I suppose it was Silverstone weekend...rooms need a bit o investment, Bed was comfy.

The room was cold, the bathroom plugs holes rusty and the tiles moldy. It was really dark and dingy

Tv in bedroom didn’t work. Raised with staff, however, staff was not interested in seeing if they could fix it. Got the impression it wasn’t a new issue!

The bathroom decor was rather dated (peachy colour suite) but the enamel bath was perfect size for the shower over it and the shower was a fab shower (great pressure)
And Paula in the restaurant was lovely!
It was all fine for what I needed.. I'd stay again!

Comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, easy access to the pub and restaurant but without being to noisy
Room service a little too eager in the morning, although it’s good that they keep the rooms do clean. Television in room was partially blocked by curtain but if moved the aerial connection was temperamental (I know it’s a small thing but was really irritating when trying to chill in bed)

rooms were a bit dated. the window was already open with no safety lock when we arrived - I’m suspicious of something like this…
children were playing right outside the window till 9pm,
cleaners hoovers were going early on a Sunday morning. bathroom was dated but shower pressure was good.
