Wifi was spotty at times

We had a nice balcony off of our room. The. room was clean and the king size bed very comfortable.

There was a lot of traffic noise. Is is located fairly close to a busy road.

location was great walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, stores and more. AC kept room cool enough, little kitchenette area nice with mini fridge. clean and very spacious room. balcony and small patio set was nice to hangout outside.

It worked for us because it was a last minute 1 night stay. not very many blankets available. the jacuzzi jet didn’t work too well, and the pool and main jacuzzi itself didn’t look very appealing but it was very relaxing and pretty to sit poolside but you can see others in their rooms from pool. Unless you get a first floor room it’s all stairs and it’s close to your neighbors because it’s like a house all the doors to rooms are close to each other. TV is too small and up high also. walking from bathroom to room people from coffee shop can see into your room window because tv cords doesn’t allow curtain to close correctly.

Excellent location, close to many restaurants, bars, shops of all kind. Madera and Principal Beaches are both a short walk away. La Ropa Beach is a 3 or 4 minute drive by taxi or collectivo. Room 6 is the best location within the hotel (I think) overlooking the pool and on the quiet side of the building. There is a major construction project going on about 4 blocks away so the rooms facing Calle Adelita are pretty noisy during the day as dump trucks and excavating equipment pass by. But evenings are generally pretty quiet. Staff were very attentive. The kitchen has everything one needs to cook a simple meal.

WiFi was spotty in the evenings, not sure if it was because there was more use in the evenings over the Christmas and New Years period or an issue with the provider ??

Very well located, 2 minutes from a beach. My room was large with a balcony. The entire hotel is very clean, actually one of the ladies is really hard working. I loved the pool ..,. probably because I was the only one in it, so I had a wonderful time. There are enough chaise lounge around it, and the surrounding is lovely.

The A/C in my room (# 5) was a bit weak, too old I suppose. The curtains do not darken the room enough making it difficult to sleep well.

This was one of the cheapest hotels I saw available, but the location was perfect, it was clean, felt safe, the staff was friendly and spoke english, the room was very large with a kitchenette and a balcony, the place had a clean pool, and the location was perfect: just a couple blocks from the beach and the busy bar district, but not close enough to be noisy.

The only thing I wish was better was the wifi... i just could not get a working signal in my room.

Great location, excellent and friendly staff, and comfortable beds. Grounds were clean and accommodating. Pool was clean. Came back for another stay and will again.

Street noise - which you can close the windows and doors to help. I like them open... Minor issue.

Comfortable room with little kitchenette, and balcony overlooking pool. Great location just steps from beach and restaurants galore.

The place just wasnt very classy. I asked for a balcony and assumed it would be over the pool area and instead it looked over the street. Not one you would really want to sit out on. The bed was very comfy…once I removed the kiddy proof waterproof mattress protector (that makes you sweat profusely). The esthetics of the room were meh…but it was clean and the staff was friendly. Becuz we were on Jan2 for one night..we paid a high Christmas rate. For $75 usd it seemed a bit high for the quality.

Oops. I already said that above. But here’s more…no water in the rooms. A bit of street noise. Not horrible becuz it wasnt a crazy night. But anyone walking in the street talking you could hear..
