Very well equipped apartment in a great location, which is within easy walking distance of all of the main tourist attractions. Nice view of Edinburgh castle from both the bedroom and the sitting room, especially when the castle is lit up at night. The owner responded promptly to any queries we had prior to arrival. Would recommend!

A hairdryer, a roll of paper towels and dish towels would have been handy but really no complaints at all.

Fantastic place, it has everything you may need during your stay. Central location, easy to find and within walking distance to all main sights you need during school holidays when travelling with children.

The location of the property was extremely central walking distance of all the tourist attractions. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay (hairdryer etc.) and we felt right at home. Will be returning in the future.

Great location and lovely, well equipped apartment, just a bit inconvenient to have to collect and return the key to a shop around the corner.

There was a confusion with the cleaning prior to my arrival meaning the apartment wasn't cleaned when I got there but the owner was great, sent cleaners around quickly to remedy the situation.

the complications to pickup and then return the apartment key. This created some confusion and hassle when trying to checkin and then leave again in the morning.

I absolutely loved everything about it! The layout, it felt very cosy and it had absolutely everything you could dream of for a trip. Amazing facilities like the washing machine and dryer (with washing tablets ready to use), a dishwasher, an oven, coffee machine etc. The view was amazing and it was very well situated. Would definitely stay there again! I would’ve loved to see some teabags as there was coffee but no tea but that’s being very fussy! Having the TV with Netflix etc with view of the castle just next to us was amazing. They really thought of everything, even all kinds of iPhone chargers. Really enjoyed it, and couldn’t have been happier with our stay, excellent value for money, really felt at home. Thank you!

I liked the coffee machine it was as if I didn't leave home.

Great location - really convenient for all tourist attractions and cafes, restaurants, etc; The flat was very comfortable and equipped with virtually everything you might need for a trip to Edinburgh. It was beautifully furnished and very clean and well cared for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kings Stables apartment.

The only minor flaw was that it was a bit too warm and we couldn’t find a way to turn the heating down or off. However, we opened a few windows and that cooled it down a bit.
