Came to Meridian to visit my son/family/new baby. We were pleasantly surprised that King Cottage was just around the corner from their apartment. The cottage living room/dining room was open and perfect for us to eat together and visit. Would stay again.

Excellent location to the main town with walking distance to restaurants. The place was immaculate and modern and the property manager Maria was very easy to communicate with! Also, the home was incredibly organized with labels on the drawers. Everything was in its place and there were plenty of extras. Very welcoming with snacks and a comprehensive check in and out process listed in the Guest Handbook. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the greater Boise area and would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our stay. It was nice and new and Maria has thought of all the perfect little extra touches like a Keurig and q-tips in the bathroom.

The location of this property is great! Near HWY, Downtown Meridian, and eateries. I would defiantly stay here again.

This was a great stay for my family and I as we wanted to explore and experience Meridian in a short amount of time. The house was in central area, joining what appeared to be the downtown area and residential area, perfect for us. The house was immaculate when we arrived and the renovation that they have done was exquisite. The house, unlock some other VRBO properties, was complete with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Truly a great property.

The home is very pleasant and inviting. I was greatful to have a full kitchen to prepare my food. It was very nice and clean, much quieter than a hotel. Almost all the comfort of home available. My only disappointment was no Cable TV. How in today's day and age do you not have this to enjoy live sports? Other than the lack of no cable TV, I would have found myself staying here again in a heartbeat.

Great property, very nice owner, fun surrounding area

My family stayed here for one night on our way to Washington and loved it. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and all of the mini split AC units made the house exceptionally comfortable in every room. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Boise.

This worked quite well as a stop over, during our cross country trip. House is as-advertised; clean, quiet. (Note: check the schedule for the nearby speedway events).

The house was clean and organized, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and supplies. The only downside was the beds were very uncomfortable for us.

Perfect location and gorgeous little home.

Overall clean and a good property. Just a few things made it not such a good fit for my next stay, bit very good for the cost. The bathroom is miserably cold, the heater in the bathroom is not operable, perhaps fix that heater or supply space heater to help make that room warmer. The repairs under the sink have not been sealed and cold air can flow into the room. The bedroom needs a TV. The front room is so very cold that I found it warmer to hang out in the bedroom but no tv so I used my laptop. TV access is streaming mostly, some news channels. If you don't use your streaming device you have no access to tv. The house is basically a garage that has been fitted to a house. Insulation is nonexistent. The front room is so very cold and impersonal I found it very uncomfortable, as the furniture seems to be of Walmart quality and not very sturdy. The safety of the neighborhood was a concern, thankfully the neighbor has a dog which made me feel safer. After the first night I checked the windows because I was very uneasy the first night. Upon inspection I found three windows unlocked and the bedroom window seemed to have been tampered with on an earlier occasion. I like a more cozy place, especially in the winter.

This place was perfect for my 4 night stay in Meridian! The cottage is located on a very quiet street, inside was extremely clean and very warm and cozy! Maria was wonderful and checked in on me, which was nice. I would definitely recommend this property!

I was in town on business and this house was a perfect fit for size, location and comfort. The neighbourhood is quiet, the amenities were exactly what I needed, and I slept great!
