Location staff clean quiet plenty of parking and black lights for fun

The room was dirty there was black mold on the sheets, hair on the pillows and bed

No extra toilet paper Pipes leaked on hand basin. Causing water on floor . I slipped and nearly fell over Heater didn't work

Very local to Disneyland; about 15 minute drive. Private except for the old guy constantly smoking and staring at everybody who came and went.

Everything else. VERY narrow driveway; was assigned a room already occupied by someone else, room we DID use reeked of smoke (despite being a smoke-free facility) amongst many other preexisting damages (cracked flooring on the second floor(!), everything was sticky, towels were gross/unclean); extra amenities requested weeks in advance (extra towels and pillows) were never provided despite staff confirming the request at booking AND morning of. There was a sheet on the bed, a thin wool blanket over that, and what amounted to a curtain on top; that's not comfort or even warm.

I stayed a secl)lond night because I am moving and needed to go through things and separate for dicsrd and donate process. Which took longer because of stairs and bad knee. Please no more upstairs and long carries until my knee replacement and rehabbing is done which will be in March.

There were bugs in the bed. I got bit up pretty severely. Would be excellent if they got rid of the bug problem.

Not clean , broken toilet seats crooked mirrors TVs one works and one doesn't just filthy it certainly wasn't worth $112 maybe $50 if that

Staff likes to enter room when you are absent. Had our own white towels so cleaning lady took them like they were the hotels towels to clean never got them back & they were very expensive. yes "Do Not Disturb" was displayed...
