The location was great from Knotts Berry Farm

The overflowing trash and dirty rooms. I knew the the hotel was dated but the cleanliness didn’t have be jeopardized. Upon walking into the room it appeared cleaned. The bed was made and was crisp. But when we stepped foot in the bathroom it was so filthy I wouldn’t let my kids bathe in the shower after a long day at the amusement park. There were splatter marking on the walls and dead gnats. The staff at check in was very nice the hotel as a whole was very dated and the lack of attention to the small things made it look worst than what it was. The rooms could have used a deep cleaning to the walls.

Booked a room online, checked the date twice as I booked it. I arrived at 9:00 pm and the attendant informed me that I had booked the room for the previous day. I then checked the email response and sure enough, the room was booked for the precious day. I KNOW I ASKED FOR the next day. If you cannot give the day booked then cancel it, don't just change it. The attendant said I'm sorry, you were a no show so we billed your card. I said, no worries. I just learned an important lesson. But I will never book a room with your hotel chain again. Burn me once your fault, burn me twice my faulty as they say.

the distance to everywhere I was going

very loud people with there doors slamming one night I was up until 4am two men fighting one banging on a door for at least 2 hours I was to scared to go out

The rude staff the lady that works in the morning and drives a red toyita Prius was a total nightmare as patient as I was unable to perform her task and deliver customer service she was moody, she was aggressive and not friendly and she made my 3 day stay at a Wyndham hotel the worst 3 days of my life this year what a waste if money I felt like I was in drill school the way she talked down to and the tune in her voice .please relieve her of her duty working in that industry is not her cup of tea.

The outside of the location is nice! inside the units needs updating. The front door did not close on its own we had to push it to close.

I really enjoyed the size of the room. I liked that housekeeping was there each day to clean. I liked that it has a laundry facility, hot tub, and pool. It felt like home.

I think the AC could've been stronger. I wish the TV had HDMI capabilities so that I could play on my Xbox.

To be honest, It was dirty, there was a lot of homeless shooting up nodding out on stairs. It's not a safe area for kids to see.. the bathroom towel were dirty as well.

The furniture was worn out, beat up. The shower curtain didn’t close properly, bathroom overall needed some improvement. Freezer in frig was all iced over. The neighborhood was not far from attractions, but felt a little sketchy.

The location was in a decent location close to Knotts Berry Farm and 15 min drive to Disneyland

The walls are paper thin. We heard everything everywhere all at once. Try not to stay on the first floor, because you will hear all the foot steps. The bathroom is older and they did not provide any soap.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Hair all on the bathtub, our remote didn’t have batteries, parking was terrible.
