They did not have a wheelchair access for me and they wanted me to go up to the second floor I could not do that I did not stay there and they said that I could get my money back I didn't I wasn't didn't even get to go into the office because it's upstairs now I should not be charged for that and I want my money back. Booking ID number is 555 763 290. The woman on duty was not very nice and wanted to charge me $50 more a night so they did have a wheelchair access room

I mixed it up look at the top one this was an awful place and I had a hell of a time trying to find a different Motel I will never use this again

The rudest staff EVER,

Very clean, quiet, wifi works great, blow dryer, small fridge, microwave, mini coffee maker, which includes a coffee packet/cream/sugar. I rested well and felt safe. I noticed front desk is watchful. I would stay here again.

I have no complaints.

They wake you up in the middle of the night with a nasty threat about towing your vehicle because you're not allowed to have a trailer so then you have to move it out on the street word in danger and walk a half mile back

1st. Before I checked out I was getting dresses in my room and without any knocking on my door the lady who cleaned the room opened the door. She didn't apologize or anything, I wasn't fully dressed yet. 2nd. After I checked out I had to wait for my uber 10 minutes and in that time I saw that there is a spot where I can refill my bottle with water. So I walked over there and a lady "the owner" aggressively asked what I'm doing and I should come to her immediately! Half way to the water spot I saw that it was out of order so i went to "the owner" and she rudly asked me what I am doing. I told her that I'm waiting for my uber, that I just checked out and that I wanted to refill my water. She yelled at me "You already checked out now leave my property!" I was shocked and never experienced something like that, all I wanted is to refill my water before I go!

Horrible experience, service and staff rude and literally I kid you not. We booked for 3 nights not once did they give us clean towels or no tissue paper. Also BEWARE do not forget to put how many people in total. I accidentally thought I put two for me and my BF, turns out I didn't. So we incurred a $25 fee for person per night. So do but forget, if you don't want any surprises. Will not ever stay there again!!

They keep the customer outside in cold waiting to check in. The staff has no heart for custome. The heater doesn't work in proper. It smells in the room. The door of bathroom doesn't close.

I couldn’t even stay in the room I paid almost $100 for bc I got a notification as I’m driving there after a exhausting long days work + it was raining so i booked the room unaware there was a cash deposit of a 100 that I needed to give them & no other option after I called n explained my problem I didn’t know I had to have a cash deposit of 100 when I booked the room so they took my $ that I used to book the room & wouldn’t give me a chance to change the date after messaging them asking if I can change the date so 100 down the drain for a nite of unimaginable regret & anger towards both booking.com & Anaheim inn! They won’t give me any credit when I think I deserve something for a problem that was beyond my control that I was unaware of until it was too late! The nite before I booked a apartment for $80 & it was a scam! After I paid I drove to the location & it was a sidewalk, I called booking.com n they refunded my $ but I had to wait over a week to get the refund & they wouldn’t apply the credit to another room, I had to pay out of pocket 2xs. Be careful there r a lot of scams!!

The lady working at the front desk.... Very unprofessional. Horrible attitude. She hangs up the phone in customers faces and talks to customers like she is a thug from the streets. She doesn't understand customers pay her salary ... not the other way around. She is very nasty. I will never ever book a reservation at this hotel ever again.
