Lovely location, gorgeous pub, lovely room and well thought out. Really good staff.
Just 2 small things, bathroom floor tiles the grout needed a clean and a trip hazard at the top of the stairs where the carpeted stairs meet the wood floor.

Room was beautiful and huge copper bath was perfect addition to a full of character stay. Food was also fantastic.

the outdoor, the jacuzzi although wasn’t working properly
last time we came, we had a lot more selections of patties at the breakfast table like a mini buffet with orange juice ect….. nothing like that this time

Location beautiful and room was very comfortable. Lovely toiletries in the room. Excellent breakfast. Great service. Beautiful restaurant.
Some areas of the room were a little cobwebby. The rump steak was a little gristly and chewy despite being perfectly cooked.
No longlife milk or anywhere to keep milk cool in the room so not able to have a cup of tea or coffee without trekking back into the bar to request it. Not ideal for that first morning cuppa in bed!

The staff loved having me, they gave me sausages each morning and I even got a big cuddle the morning I left from Sarah the hooman. The garden is amazing, so much fun when I’m playing with my ball. The bed was super comfortable and I didn’t want to go home. I can’t wait to go back and see my superstar hoomans who make The White Horse so magical and super welcoming. A very characteristic olde english country pub, surrounded by woodland and fields. So quiet and relaxing. Excellent food too made our stay one of the best that we’ve had in a long time.

Everything, the room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. For breakfast there was a good choice. looking to come back again for a couple of nights

Very comfortable double, great bed, fab copper bathtub with amazing bubble bath. Very good amenities and pretty grounds. Dinner and breakfast both excellent. Nice checkin staff. You can hear patridges clucking outside your window.
Location is next to the highway and traffic noise was surprising to hear in such a peaceful place.

Lovely location, spacious room with double bed and Bath tub. Nice private area outside rooms for guests to sit in the sun and for dogs. Amazing customer service by all staff dinner and breakfast service. Food was also lovely and not too expensive. 100% dog friendly and they left a bed and bowl in our room judt for our pup.
Only negative due to rooms being close you could hear people coming in and out of rooms and up stairs. Also when water was run in another room you could hear this also.

Lovely food and nice relaxed environment. Staff were very friendly, bed was lovely and comfortable to sleep in.
Quite a few cobwebs and dust in the room, especially on the frame of the four poster bed. Also the outside area by hot tub had empty bottles from a previous guest, we only noticed in the evening when using the hot tub facilities, a little off putting. The outside furniture could also do with a wash as the cushions were stained and the hot tub steps were very dirty.
