The location was nice, close to the beach

The staff was really unwelcoming, the room wasn't in a great state, the shower was disgusting, the door won't close properly, they only gave us one key, the TV was vintage, even if we weren't there to watch TV, the beds were really uncomfortable. Lack of communication from the staff, no wifi code, they didn't tell us the breakfast time which was included in the nightly rate. Overall, I won't recommend this hotel

Sea view for an exellent morning and a good evening. From the room and the hotel terrace where we had our breakfast and coffie. The breakfast was allways fresh, cleanliness is above average thruout the hotel. The staff is friendly and always on spot without bothering or hanging above your head, very nice persons. The esspreso here is a High recomend. Just in front of the hotel there are 2 tenis corts, 2 small soccer corts, 2 basketball corts, a promenade for walking, jogging hanging around for the vuews. In around the hotel there are markets, bakerys, taverns, giros, pizza all whithin 5 min walk. There is a very nice but small pebble beach on the left side of the hotel and its free😁. I will visit again next year. Its the money worth acomodation. 👌

The entry and exit of the hotel parking are very steep, they need a reconstruction. It needs a bit of renewall inside, but for the 3 stars they have, its a very nice hotel.

The hotel is great. It's a little bit at the end of the main street, but not far away. It's peaceful and the sandy Ri beach is close, but even closer you have a pebble beach with crystal clear water. The room was with the sea view, and the sunset is stunning and unforgettable. The staff is great, the cleaning lady cleans the room every day. The breakfast was good. There is a safe parking in front of the hotel.

The shower is a little bit difficult to use.

Close to the sandy beach. Parking in front of the hotel, it is a challenge to park in Vlora. Breakfast was good, buffet style. Staff very friendly and accommodating, we stayed for 2 nights and they cleaned the room and change the towels even for this short stay.

We rented a room with mountain view, unfortunately there was no view, only to the terrace from the hotel in the back and also the smell of fried fish. The rooms would need some TLC as they are a little bit old, the entire hotel would benefit from some renovations. The shower head was spraying all over the place and it was difficult to was yourself without making a mess in the entire bathroom. Hairdryer not working, but you do not really need it during summer. There was no place to dry the beach towels and the bathing suite in our room or around the property. Only the rooms with sea view that have a balcony have this possibility. We recommend renting a room with sea view if you intend for a longer stay.

The staff were amazing. Very attentive and always very happy to help. Our room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. We found the location perfect for us. Being at the far end of town it was very quiet at night but easy enough to catch a bus into town. We never had to wait long for a bus. It was next to a free water spring and the stop was under shaded trees. The bus goes right through town and the last but one stop was at the fruit and vegetable market next to the picturesque old town. We had the best of both beaches. The Sandy beach and the crystal clear pebble beach. Out room had a balcony overlooking the sea and the sunsets were magical especially with a salad fresh fruit and a glass of wine. We love that the hotel was slightly set back from the road amongst trees that kept the front of the hotel cooler. Breakfast was more than adequate and there was plenty to eat.

We didn’t look for any faults

Staff is very friendly and helpful; rooms are spacious, balcony with seaview on second floor is beautiful, everything is clean and disinfected! Breakfast included is typically Albanian and fresh. Prices are really good and best value; location is central and just few walking minutes to the beach, restaurants, shopping opportunities. We felt very welcome and had a fantastic stay, so we totally recommend it and will happily return when visiting Vlora again - faleminderit :)

This hotel is perfectly located near to the boulvards and close to the beach. There are some good restaurants and shops in very near area and a bus station. It is quiet and pleasant place with private car park. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was freshy and tasty, rather not diversed. We had a room with a sea view, which was absolutely beautiful!

Unfortunately, the bathroom a little bit dissapointed us. It wasn't clean, especially the shower cabin. Another thing which amazed us was... damaged toilet seat (I have scrached my hand). The bedroom was rather spacious, however I would suggest to throw out the decoration elements which are hanging on the wall above the bed. It is impossible to keep them clean and they are dangerous (my friend has hit on it). Another thing, the handle in the bathroom doors was loose and it falled out. If I may suggest, the Manager should pay more attention to keep the highest standards of cleanlines, which are very important to most of hotel guests. I really liked our stay at Hotel Ambasador, it has a great perspectives to become one of the best in this wonderful area but more work has to be done. There are many stairs in the front and no lift inside so it is not friendly to disabled people.
