The flat was nice and quirky on a split level. there is a nice terrace and facilities to dry your swimming suits with a nice terrace which is good also to enjoy a nice glass of wine. The property has space to store the bikes. Spermarket and shops just 5 min walk. The beaches are close by at walking distance.

the kitchen has basic but enough equipment to prepare breakfast in the morning and a meal in the evening. However although there is a note to wash and put back the dishes I would suggest to equip the kitchen with a tea towel. no coffee or tea provided

Very cool location. Beaches, restaurants, shops are only 2 minutes away. The air conditioner is working in the room. A wonderful terrace for relaxation. The apartments have a kitchen where you can cook.

Few towels. Only 3 towels for 3 people. Repair is not critical, but it's time to update.

The room balcony was quite charming! Everything was within the walking distance.

Location is perfect, near beach, supermarket, bike rental and the center of activity in Juan-les-pines. Very friendly staff. Parking.

Rooms are very small (bedrooms and bathrooms). Rooms facing south get vey hot and AC has a hard time catching up. Probably fine in normal summer weather but not sufficient in a heatwave.

Amazing experience

Easy to reach from the train station. The surrounding is calm and the bed was very comfy. Definitely will back. P.S. would be nice to have a breakfast like an option in the hotel in the future

The property is conveniently located within a healthy walking distance to all the necessary shops you would need. It was positions in a peaceful neighbourhood and I recieved a wonderful welcome with good customer service upon arrival. Staff was exceedingly helpful and supportive to my needs and went the extra distance to ensure my comfortability as I settled in. The room itself was beautifully clean with a restorative view overlooking the sea. The interior was nicely blended nicely with all the necessities, Which was complimented by clean refined and newly decorated furniture. The bed was incredibly comfortable with crisp clean sheets and pillows, and chairs, tables, curtains, wall hangings were all obviously chosen with the greatest care in mind. This all inclusive self-contained room felt more like a private suite as it came complete with a floor to ceiling wardrobe and full length bath. Over all a thoroughly rich and relaxing experience and quality stay…. with compliments of course to the management:)

The liquid from air condition dripped on our head in the bathroom - very annoying. We tell the owner but he didn't repair it, even after 3 days of remaining our stay. :(

Excellent location in a very charming villa

The host is super nice! We got a room update for free. Location is great! Villa is very charming, even it is not brand new! We will come definitely one day back. Thanks for a great weekend!
