the staff cares about procedures BUT not about customers…I give a few examples: 1. you go to breakfast - you meet a service staff the first question is NOT how are you, how is your stay with us so far, where do you want to sit, you like coffee, tea,…etc BUT what is your room number..? btw the breakfast is not included in your room rate despite it was and I have to discuss for 15 min between reception and breakfast staff where it finally turns out it is included…and then you see nobody again…when the breakfast finishes, an agent shows up to tell you..in 3 minutes we close breakfast just that you know…instead: excuse me can we bring you something else or do you have everything you need as we will be closing our buffet soon..anyways PLEASE get your staff CUSTOMER focused not procedure focusing it is unbearable..!! You focus is customer service..! 2. “sorry sir you need to wear your mask..! “ Me: ok no problem..! Sorry I forget it in my room….no no you can not go to our restaurant without mask…” INSTEAD please just give me a mask instead of discussing with me for 5 min and having me go to the car in the garage to pick up a mask…again where is your customer focus..? Seriously you need to turn your staff towards your customers not internal procedures..!!! As a customer I have no feeling of being taken care of in your hotel which is a real shame…

L’hôtel en lui même est très bien équipé : restaurant plutôt bien, chouette bar, rooftop, SPA. Quant aux chambres, elles n’ont rien d’exceptionnel mais sont super confortables et très bien équipées. Celles avec terrasse doivent être vraiment pas mal. Au final c’est un hôtel que l’on apprécie dans son ensemble. Les espaces communs sont vraiment très bien pensés et nombreux.

Un détail, un seul : impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Le renouvellement de l’air s’en ressent.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff were friendly and professional. We absolutely loved our stay and have already recommended it to a friend who is in Barcelona last week. Don’t forget to check out the rooftop !

bon accueil avec personnel efficace . Bel établissement , très bien tenu et très spacieux en tous points de vue.; nombreuses salles ( immenses) a décorations originales ..on y trouve sa place. petit déjeuner convenable et de qualité sans trop de recherche culinaire avec beaucoup de places ce qui permet d'être au calme.

toilettes dans la salle de bain et serviettes tachées. Chaines TV limitées à TNT . seulement 2 chaines francaises..France24 et TV5 MONDE

Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'hôtel , la qualité et le confort des installations , ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. La restauration est également de très bonne qualité , le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel.

Gli interni del Seventy sono tra i più belli che abbia mai visto. Dalla hall, alle camere, passando per il bar e gli spazi esterni. Il livello di comfort era eccellente, perfettamente congruo al tipo di stanza selezionata, letti comodissimi e ambiente molto spazioso e curato nei minimi dettagli. Colazione ottima, con prodotti visibilmente di alta qualità. Personale cortese e gentile, sempre disponibile fin da subito. Inoltre, la posizione è senza dubbio tra le migliori possibili, nel cuore del quartiere più elegante della città. Tornerò sicuramente!

Nos fuimos encantados del hotel! El establecimiento es precioso y diseñado con muy buen gusto. El personal en general muy atento, el equipo de recepción nos atendió en todo momento a nuestras peticiones y ayuda. El departamento de pisos nos tenía la habitación impecable, los del restaurante y bar nos atendían siempre con una sonrisa y una de las noches cenamos ahí y comimos bien. Queremos hacer especial mención a Cristóbal, del departamento de mantenimiento/sstt, se nos estropeó el cochecito de nuestra hija y no paró de buscar la solución hasta arreglárnoslo. Muy agradecidos! Habitación amplia y luminosa. Seguro, volveremos!

La bañera resbalaba mucho y puede llegar a ser algo peligroso, recomiendo que le pongan solución, hay muchos productos o aplicaciones para evitarlo.

Lokalita skvělá s dochozí vzdáleností ke všem památkám. Personál naprosto skvělý, milý, usměvavý, velmi nápomocný. Na pokoji byla kromě fénu i žehlička na vlasy, což nebývá běžné. Nádherné lobby podtrhuje celkový dojem z ubytování.

Škoda, že nešla dát do pokoje přistýlka. Dětská postýlka byla v pořádku. Také bychom ocenili větrák na toaletě.

Very nice design, spacious rooms, very clean, staff is one of the kindest I met. Good location, metro is 3 min. Food and bar is also great.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Die U-Bahn fußläufig in knapp10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Frühstück ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Auch das manchmal im Hotel eingenommen Abendessen war sehr lecker. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich und auch der Rooftpoolbereich mit Sonnenliegen, Sofss und Tischen war sehr schön. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt.

Die einzige Beanstandung ist, dass es beim Frühstück eine große Kaffeekapselmaschine gab. Die Auswahl an Kaffeesorten war gut, aber ökologisch finden wir dies überhaupt nicht in Ordnung.

Chambre moderne et lumineuse, bon lit et literie de qualité. Douche très grande, tous les accessoires nécessaires y etaient(cafetière, séchoir, fer à repasser et bons produits). Ménage impeccable. Gentillesse du personnel partout ;accueil,restaurant, bar, entrée. On a même remarqué que mon anniversaire était pendant mon séjour et le brunch, super complet en passant, nous a été offert avec un gâteau et bougie. Belle attention ça commence bien la journée. Nous aurions dû rester plus longtemps pour profiter davantage des belles installations de Seventy comme le magnifique spa et la superbe terrasse.

Nice breakfast, buffet style along with an omelette option Lots of variety of baked goods, cold cuts, sausages & Nespresso coffee machine and selection of teas. Seve until 10.30 weekdays ans 11 on weekends which is nice if you like to sleep in . We had a room with a spacious terrace which was lovely not that we used it but nice to have the fresh air . The front desk was always very helpful

Every thing was good , wish it was an open shower rather than stepping over quite a high bathtub which was awkward as my sister had fallen and her arm in a cast. Beds a little more firm than I usually like For some reason the front desk said I had booked 1/2 board meaning breakfast and dinner , I was sure I only requested breakfast as we like to try various restaurants however we did use it a few times

Didn't seem like a four star hotel or worth the full cost. Scratchy towels, not great shower, very small rooms, staff not particularly friendly.

Spacious rooms, hair dryer and flat iron provided, nice indoor spa area with pool, sauna, and steam room. There is a decent gym but you need to reserve it in advance. I recommend booking the time slots for when you want to work out as soon as you check in.

Staff temperment was hit or miss - some were very helpful and friendly, others were not helpful or kind of rude. For example, my sink wasn't draining, and the person I first spoke with said they would send someone to fix it. I stepped out for several hours and came back and the sink still wasn't fixed/drained. I went back down to ask about it, and another staff person was questioning me as though I had never put the request in to get it fixed. Breakfast wasn't that great, but could be a good value if you are traveling with your family, I was traveling alone. I ended up skipping breakfast for most of the mornings I was there so I could enjoy food at the markets. I went down one evening to scope out the gym equipment and spa, and I also scheduled a massage one evening. Both times, the staff were following me around as if I didn't belong there. For example, after my spa circuit, I had a massage, and I wanted to use the changing room to change out of my bathing suit. The staff person followed me down the hall and asked what I was looking for. Not sure if it is a covid thing or what, but it was a little unsettling. The rooftop pool area is nice, but it is so crowded, so good luck getting a spot to sit down at. The location is near the Gracia neighborhood, but I found myself either walking 20-30 minutes or taking a taxi to get to most of the tourist attractions (e.g. Gothic Quarter, Born, La Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlo).
