Good location, outside of the city.

Place is nothing like photos they sell on Booking platform. First shock was the surrounding of the house. Neglected, two old rusty dumped cars in front of the house and at the parking. Broken plastic chairs in front. Room was much smaller, dirty, moldy, dusty. There are bars on the windows, noise from some outside machinery. Bathroom has a shower so small, one normal size person can barely fit in. We left the room after few hours (in the meantime we searched for another place to stay outside in the city) and asked for refound, due to obvious reasons. Host was unresponsive and when we said we will post pictures of property, they threatened with lawsuit. Terrible experience.

We loved the entrie place! It's a perfect balance between 5-star hotel and family house. You truly feel like you're Marianna and Gennaro's guest, not just a client. The area is quiet and peaceful, rooms are cosy and comfortable. I highly recommend taking breakfast - Marianna's fresh baking is heavenly and delicious. We decided to stop there just for a while on our way home, but we ended up extremely sad that we had to leave this wonderful place. Once again I highly recommend Florence Country Relais to everybody ❤️

Incredible hosts! We could not have asked for more kindness or helpfulness. It was amazing to be so close to Firenze, yet in a natural, woodsy environment filled with butterflies. The bed was super comfy and the air was cool. Perfect. We will definitely stay with Marianna and Gennaro again!

The host Marianna was wonderful. So friendly and welcoming, she helped us with a recommendation for a restaurant overlooking Florence and it was lovely. It is a perfect location to visit Florence and the surrounding countryside. The town of Fiesole is nearby and is beautiful with a charming atmosphere. The room was perfect for our needs and we had a simple but tasty breakfast with a home made tart cooked fresh that morning. Thank you :)

The sat nav took us a mile or so away to start with so check with Google Maps for a closer location. Other than that out stay was perfect for our needs.

The place and very attentive and caring hostess.

The room is damp. There is very little light in the room, the lamps are very small. It is very inconvenient without breakfast as there is no refrigerator and minimal dishes. You can do this for three rooms. In October was little bit cold inside.

This was a very peaceful stay, we enjoyed our breakfast in the garden and the lovely details inside the room. The owner greeted us with lovely treats upon entering the room, grazie mille. Fiesole is worth visiting and the views of Florence from there are incredibly beautiful.
