La ubicación sin duda, es lo mejor de este alojamiento. Está a 3 minutos andando de la estación de tren y de Piccadilly Gardens (centro de la ciudad). Además, la recepción está abierta 24 horas, siempre hay alguien por lo que se puede hacer checkin y checkout a cualquier hora. La recepción es también una tienda 24 horas, por lo que si necesitas algo, es bastante útil bajar las escaleras y tener la tienda ahí sin necesidad de salir del hostal. No hay taquillas, pero se pueden dejar las maletas en recepción durante el dia. Los baños y aseos compartidos estaban decentes y todos los días veía a dos señoras limpiando baños y habitaciones.

Las camas un poco pequeñas si eres altx como yo. El desorden de la zona común (cocina-comedor). No hay taquillas en las habitaciones pero igualmente cuentan con un sistema de guardado de maletas. Colocan un número a tu maleta, la dejan en un cuartito y, al volver, muestras el número y te la devuelven.

The bed was not clean, there were hairs on the bed, The worst part is that there were BUGS which caused me rushes. Not recommended. Better spend little extra to avoid this issue

Que no hayan lockers para los residentes. Por no poder guardar mis cosas, decidí no salir y casualmente otro residente se asomó en mi cama excusando estar buscando algo.

Ráno jsem se probudil pokousaný od štěnic! eng: Some homeless guy shared the room with me. The air conditioner was humming near my head. The sheets have already been used by someone. I woke up morning bitten by bedbugs!

TIENE CHINCHES!!! La primera noche me dejaron llena de mordidas. Hoy es la segunda noche y fijo que alguna picada más tengo. Al levantarme al baño y poner la linterna e visto un chinche en mi cama y lo he matado. Ahora yo ya estoy llena no viene de ahi aunque dormir no dormiré más… así que vosotr@s ahorraros de sufrir todo esto. Pican mucho las picadas!!

One of the showers was faulty. Overall not really clean. The bed sheets were stained... even wondered if they were washed. No bed lights. Globally the equipments were dirty and some were broken / dysfunctional. There was a very bad smell in the entrance corridor.

The walls in the dorm had extreme damp issues. There were clear signs of biological stains.The socket and the lamp were barely attached. Not at all comfortable with the requirement of having my id photographed. The washroom in the dorm is a respiratory health hazard.

Location is a stone’s throw from the station. -Staff are super friendly and caring. (Left an item in my room and they posted it back to me. Tysm!) -Other people staying there and mancunians are also super friendly!! -Personal socket and lamp for each bed. -Dining area/social area was always lively with people to talk to. =)

(New) sandwich loaf went missing so keep biscuits in your own room! -Kitchen is basic: microwave, toaster and kettle. -Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper cos of night traffic if you want windows open. -Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach my room and I happened to be in a not-spot with my provider (Vodafone). Downstairs I had both. (-Mine wasn’t but some rooms are subterranean. Just so you know.)

Muy pequeñas las habitaciones, sin lugar para abrir equipaje prácticamente.

Nothing at all about the place is good. Poor customer service and above all poor hygiene. The place is crawling with Bed Bugs and I was feasted on for the duration of my stay. I moved out at the earliest opportunity I could find because it was very very bad. I still carry scars 4 weeks later from my stay in that place. Avoid at all costs

The place needs shutting down. This cannot simply be allowed to carry on. The owners have been made aware of the problems numerous times but have done absolutely nothing about it. They are happy with the status quo of collecting as much money as they will before they actively do something about it.

The location was amazing - perfect for the train staton. The price was cheap. The staff were very nice and friendly, very professional, easy to check in and check out. There was a well stocked shop at the entrance, with lots of snacks food available. The bathrooms were clean.

The smell when you walk in - isn't the best, the bunk beds were super high up. I ended up getting bitten in the night - no Idea by what! It was not pleasant. But I wasn't expecting it to be amazing - from the reviews. I knew I was taking that risk - but there is no where else to stay in Manchester with the same location and price. So it was the only option. If I didn't get bitten it would have been more bearable..

la limpieza es pésima, para un piso de 4 habitaciones con 8 personas cada una, solo eran dos baños, y justo no servían, los baños que estaban fuera estaban rotos, todo el tiempo olían mal estaba sucios, había muchos bichos definitivo no tienen estándares de limpieza altos

Very cramped; rooms are in a basement and both toilets weren’t functioning so there was just one, near the reception.
