Situé au cœur de Chico, à un pâté de maisons du magnifique parc Bidwell et à quelques pas du centre-ville, ce charmant bungalow récemment rénové offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade relaxante et amusante. Que ce soit en sirotant un café sur le porche ou en essayant une boule de pétanque dans le jardin sous les lumières scintillantes, cette jolie maison de 2 chambres à coucher et 1 salle de bains offre un endroit propre et confortable pour profiter de tout ce que Chico a offrir. Prenez les chaises de plage et dirigez-vous vers One-Mile, le parc de baignade local situé à quelques rues de là. Ou montez à bord d'un vélo de croiseur sur la plage et promenez-vous dans les rues bordées d'arbres, à quelques rues du cœur du centre-ville de Chico. Avec des équipements bien pensés et des détails agréables, vous vous sentirez comme à la maison!

My son and I were in town to check out Cal State Chico and the location of the property was minutes away from the campus. We were able to get a good lay of the land while we mere there while enjoying the comfort and attention to detail in the house! Walking into the house after a 7 1/2 hour drive from Orange County and walking out of the 103 degree heat into the air conditioning and ceiling fans was heaven!! The juke box is so cool and has an excellent assortment of music that we enjoyed! Would definitely stay there again! Had to communicate with the host just about resetting the juke box to work and received a response and solution within minutes!

We enjoyed our four-day visit here with my parents to see my daughter graduate from Chico State. We had fun with the bocce ball, and it was a perfect location for walking downtown and to graduation. Cute house!

Only parking was on busy Street. While not perfect it passed. Well maintained and nice property. Master bedroom super. Twin bed in second bed was not particularly comfortable but made it work. Immaculate place nicely decorated and comfy. Thanks

This was our second time staying at the Bidwell Park Bungalow, and loved it just as much as the first time. The house is so cleaned, stocked, and back yard with bocce is so fun. We will stay again!

This was a nice place to stay, the only drawback was the lack of parking-it’s a tight squeeze to get it out on the drivers side without getting hit by on coming traffic!

My teenage daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bidwell Bungalow! The house is walking distance to downtown and the park which makes it really fun and easy to get around town. The best part (for me) was playing the old Duffy's jukebox when I was hanging out in the house! I would definitely book this house again!

Great bungalow within walking distance of Lower Bidwell Park. We swam at Sycamore pool to beat the heat. Was also just a short drive to downtown and Sierra Nevada Brewing. My only complaint was that one of the provided bikes had a flat tire, but since the bikes were a bonus in the first place I really don't think it's fair to complain about that. Bocce court in the back was a fun touch. And very cool old jukebox in the living room. I didn't end up communicating with the owners due to our being in a rush, but the intro email provided easy to follow info for arrival and everything went very smoothly. Thanks for a great stay!

The street parking is a little less that desired but not a big deal for us and the back bedroom gets pretty warm during the summer months but the fans help a lot. We enjoy the outside seating a ton on the cooler mornings and the jukebox is so FUN! Location is perfect for walks in Bidwell or to downtown.

We loved the location we could ride to Bidwell Park and swim at 1 mile- loved having bikes for adults to use. Close to downtown for live music and restaurants. The home was clean and the backyard was perfect for kids and dogs to play.

Just a couple of blocks from Bidwell Park. Nicely accommodated home. Great home for those traveling with a dog. Hosts are fantastic. Will rent again!

My husband, our two young children plus our dog Misty had a wonderful stay at the Bidwell Bungalow! My husband and I met at Chico State over 10 years ago and returned this past week to attend his MBA grad ceremony. This home was in such a great location, we walked into downtown multiple times daily and walked to campus. It was the perfect size for our family, decorated nicely and clean inside. The juke box was really cool! We enjoyed playing music while home. Our kids called it the "big juice box" and thought it was amazing! Next time we are in Chico we will stay here again. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the Bidwell Bungalow. Super cozy and the perfect location for exploring Chico within walking distance of downtown and Bidwell park. The property was super clean and had everything we needed for a super pleasure stay. No hassle check in. We loved the bocce setup and patio area. We definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Chico.

We had a nice visit! It was a perfect location and close to everything.
Only downside was parking. We were confused on where to park. Didn't seem like it was okay to park on the street in front of the house. It was a very busy road and a lot of traffic going very fast. More direction on this would have been helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend trip. The location is great, right by Bidwell Park! The house had everything we needed. The yard was really awesome, unfortunately it rained for much of our time there, but we hope to come back back when it's warm and would definitely stay here again.

The owners have equipped it for enjoyment. Board games, Jenga, puzzles, a dining table and a working Juke Box indoors, as well as a bocce court in the yard. We've stayed there twice. It was better in the warmer weather, because the heating is a bit uneven. Very walkable to Bidwell Park and Caper Acres as well as downtown.

Even though the location of this unit is right off the very busy Pine street, The Home is super cute, warm, well stocked and is great for walking to coffee and downtown shops!
Parking right in front of home is convenient.
The homes in this Golden circle of chico are beautiful and make for many enjoyable walks, especially with all the different fall leaves 🍂🍁

There was only street parking on a verry busy street. Other then that everything was great! The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean! My 2 yr old son didnt want to leave!

We came up to Chico to visit out daughter at Chico State and this house was just perfect for our family. Great location, clean, comfortable and a great back yard for BBQ and Bocce hang out. Close to everything, we could walk to get coffee and have breakfast. We will stay here again.

Very cute place. Great backyard with bocce ball court, patio, bbq, etc. Very well stocked and nicely furnished, but most importantly for us, we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be back!

Well-designed compact space with everything you need. Walkable, leafy neighborhood comfortably near downtown, park, playground, cafés. Special touches include bocce ball court, table games and working vintage jukebox!

Enjoyed our stay…walking distance to lower bidwell and downtown. Home was cute and clean. The only downside is that it was on a busy street …but you can’t hear the traffic noise from inside.

Very close to downtown and we enjoyed the Chico-themed interior (especially the jukebox from Duffy's). The house stayed cool with the room AC units even though the outside temps were mid-90s.

This home was a perfect fit for our family. We spend most of our time visiting with our Chico/Paradise family and friends. But when we came back to the Bungalow it was bright, clean and an easy place to relax and rest.
