Grande maison avec grands lits confortables, très bien située dans une rue tranquille mais à proximité de restaurants, gare de bus ADO, collectivos et supermarché. Très bon service d'Hector lorsque nous demandions de l'aide, réponse rapide et communication via WhatsApp. Quelqu'un venait entretenir la piscine aux 2 jours. Barrière de sécurité pour les enfants devant chaque escalier à chaque étage. Ma famille a apprécié la maison, nous étions 6 adultes plus un enfant de 1 an. Je la louerais de nouveau sans hésiter. Vous pouvez vous rendre à la plage avec un bus (collectivos) en 15-20 minutes.

La ubicación excelente en pleno centro de Cancún. El anfitrión siempre atento a nuestra estadía.

The house is a great location-close to everything in Cancun. All the kids loved the pool! House was very clean and had all the necessary items for our vacation!

We liked everything.

Fair size room with small terrace. Fridge in room, access to kitchen & lounge area. Central for ADO terminal & easy local bus to hotel zone & beaches

Left outside in street at night as wasn’t given key code & no one there at arranged time, we have no Spanish or phone!!! Should be given day before as owners don’t live on site. Room with pool view had outside access & no blackout curtains for the 2 walls of patio doors.

The lights worked, and the señora of the house was very kind and gave us a lift to a nearby restaurant. They didn't accuse us of stealing the car.

WARNING. A few weeks after returning home we received a bill for stolen pillows. I don't know who steals the pillows off a bed prior to a 10 hour international flight, but be aware, the owners of this property aren't adversed to trying to scam their clients. Also, almost impossible to find and unless you like endless combination locks to get to your room, avoid. Better options in the area.

Excellence location, not in a hectic area, everything is secure and safe, simple check in, everything is very clean, it’s relaxing, and Hector is super friendly.
