Good location for what i needed bathroom was clean and made to feel welcome dogs were lovely when i was awake 😂

The room was cold a little heater was given but vibrated through the floor. It is a very loud house be prepared to be woke up by dogs barking at any noise people that live in the house doing nights and stuff waking you up at what ever time they were working. The bed room is smaller than a prison cell with a mattress that you can hear every spring when you move.

So, we stayed here for work. The host was so accomodating and lovely. Could not fault her at all. She went out of her way to make sure we arrived safely. (We were late due to a break down). The reason I marked it lower is because of the comfort. It was snowing and there was no heating in the house whatsoever that was on. No one was awake so I couldn't ask for anything, but I had to sleep in my clothing as well as the blankets.

Lack of heat. No mention of low hanging lights (I'm very tall and kept bumping my head on everything)

Everything was clean and tidy I had full use of the facilities Sue was a wonderful host

Although I didnt manage to stay the night here, the hostess was very understanding and was very easy to communicate with, I hope to be able to book a room again in the future when I am in the area for work. Very professional ad helpful.Many thanks
