Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, although basic, was clean, warm and comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly large with a good shower. Kettle and tv were functioning and welcome. Breakfast was good value. A good location for connecting travel elsewhere in the midlands.

Minimal space for hanging clothes, but a wardrobe would have made these rooms feel cramped so the absence is understandable.

The offensive smell in the room, the bed was very hard and the pillows are lumpy. New ones are required.

Food was good. Staff worked tirelessly in the restaurant with efficiency and speed. Great atmosphere but dining room needs new carpet and paint.

Tired looking property. Needs some paint and refurbishment. Showers very hot and overhead shower made it difficult to alter shower settings on the bath.

Cheap no frills accommodation. Bed was comfortable.

Rooms were dirty, hairs in the bed, cobwebs all in the shower home to a spider family, a smell in the room but was expected with the price we paid. The absolute let down though was the breakfast the next morning. 15 minutes stood waiting to be greeted, shown to a table and told the host would be over in a minute to take our order and in the next 26 minutes we didn’t see another member of staff so we left. Glad we hadn’t paid upfront for breakfast.

Although a little over priced for our normal budget. It was close to where we were working so saved us on travel time and it also provided Breakfast.

Very clean and good value for money. Also really close to the M1.
