Excellent location close to the promenade with guaranteed onsite parking a bonus. Mark and Rebecca were very friendly and welcoming hosts. Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable with a seating area. Lots of extras included in the room like hair straighteners, iron and ironing board. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices available. The breakfast room and lounge area were bright and well furnished. We will definitely stay here again if staying over in Blackpool!

What a gem! A warm welcome where nothing was too much trouble. Room 6 was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean with lots of nice little touches - e.g. decent biscuits, hair straighteners available and a little seating area by the window. Rain shower was hot with good water pressure. I had to leave early the next morning due to work so missed the cooked breakfast so Rebecca kindly made me a plentiful continental breakfast that was delicious. I really look forward to returning.

Very good location off the main strip has space for 6 cars and the roads outside are no permit. Tram is at the top of the road which is about 30 second walk which takes you straight to the the main sea front. Rooms are very clean and modern has lots of plug sockets to charge things has fridge,hair dryer,straights, iron and iron board in the room ready to use. bathroom is very clean and has soap and shower gel Dispensers. Owner are very friendly and happy to help with anything and has good knowledge of the area. Breakfast is very quick to be served nice and hot and offers a good variety.

Room was lovely and clean, the area is quiet and a pleasant walk into the centre. The breakfast was well cooked and tasty. Mark and Rebecca are fantastic hosts. Tried to book for the same time next year but they are full!😢

The hosts were fantastic. So friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. The rooms are clean, and homely. Nice touches such as the hair straighteners and hairdryer show the attention to detail the owners go to. The bar area is pleasant and the choice of food both for breakfast and the evening meal are more than sufficient. The food was lovely and beautifully presented. The property is less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and then a short 5-10 minute ride to the main strip mall in Blackpool. There is ample free parking at the property. I stayed with my 6 year old son and we are already planning our next trip.

The rooms were super comfortable and the decor was gorgeous and well done. We had a room on the top floor but due to my disabilities it was too much for me. Mark and Rebecca were only too happy to change our room for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt incredibly welcome. The breakfast and evening meals were absolutely outstanding. Rebecca can seriously cook. We came for our honeymoon and they definitely made it a honeymoon to remember. They even joined us for a drink on our last night it really was an amazing week. Thank you both Rebecca and Mark. We miss you already. We will see you soon. I very highly recommend everyone to stay here if you come to blackpool! Rob and Hayley
