The property was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were very helpful and attentive.

Breakfast had an amazing selection and was delicious and the breakfast room was lovely to eat in. The room was lovely and clean with a little patio and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Only a short drive to the beach. Had an amazing stay and would come again.

Sign posting for the building was a little small so we did drive past the first time. Other than that it was perfect.

breakfast served @ 08:30h, for us a bit late, by request they can serve breakfast a bit earlier. The automatic light in the bathroom can be a bit bright when u get up at night to go to the toilet. We slept at the street side, with windows open it can be a noisy (no airco) (we're nitpicking) :-)

Cara / staff are very accommodating. Unfortunately I arrived really late on the first night, well after the usual arriving time. I’d called in advance to let owners know, and then also got lost enroute. I thought they’d turn me away, but they were so accommodating.

Nothing. It was a little expensive compared to hotel prices pre-pandemic, but that’s an unfair comparison + it was also the Jubilee Bank holiday weekend. Undoubtedly pandemic / cost of living crisis has pushed up prices.

It exceeded our expectations as pictures to not give the exact experience. It was very clean and had separate entrance. Very local to where we wanted to be. Hosts were very helpful and pleasant. Off road parking as well. Lovely breakfast and hosts very amenable to change. Excellent

The hosts were lovely/friendly and accommodating, parking was brilliant and room was nice and large plus very clean - breakfast area was really spacious and the food was as good as home (the porridge was exceptional - nice touch with the fresh raspberries on top!).

Please do not take the “face image” as a negative. This is hard following from my initial comment but I guess the TV may of been better being fixed on the opposite wall facing the beds (perhaps for the sake of losing a painting) and a bigger screen (not sure it was a Smart TV) but I'm probably looking for utopia - and in contrast for my stay, to be fair, I did not use the TV much but this is not criticism, merely a personal observation and should not cloud the fantastic lodgings and not to mention an excellent nights sleep on a very comfortable bed (faultless).

We had a lovely room overlooking the beautiful garden. The house itself is an impressive property with a nice gravel drive, fish pond and plenty of parking. The location is very good, it’s quiet and only a 10-15 minute walk into town. Kara and Simon are the perfect hosts. They made us feel at home and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The cooked breakfasts are top quality too!

Plenty of choice something to suit everyone. Location of b &b was ideal, lovely place to stay. Helpful hosts The rooms and general area were modern and very clean, The garden would be a nice place to sit and have breakfast in the good weather.

There is nothing that we disliked about our stay. Kara would always ask if there was anything else we needed, either for breakfast or for our room.

The whole place was spotlessly clean and very well organised. The room was comfortable and spacious, and even though we were facing the street, it was lovely and quiet because the property is set back from the road. Really nice bathroom. Kara is a great host.

I am not a fan of having to choose my breakfast menu or time the evening before, but I can understand that in a small hotel it helps the people. I would have preferred some healthier breakfast options, eg fruit, yoghurt.

Everything was very good

Very nice room & lovely breakfast. The couple who ran the guest house were very friendly.

This is an intermate B&B and we felt like we were private guests. We were met at the main door and by both Kara & Simon who were great during our 4 days. The cooked breakfast in the morning was too much so we had to cut down the quantity of items on our plate. Both of them were very chatty and gave some good tips of local places to see or visit. Will be back next time at Littlehampton.

Not sure what to say here it was a great stay and I cant think of any negatives about the place or the stay.

Berry House B&B was excellent in all respects. We stayed for four nights (20-24 Sept) in the first floor twin bedroom called “Sparkles”. This room was spotlessly clean, provided quality amenities and the beds were so very comfortable. The theme of sparkly effect lighting, tiling in the shower etc was an added bonus for my wife who absolutely loved it all. We could not have wished for better hosts. Kara and Simon were delightful, they were on hand to provide assistance when I was feeling unwell and were generally charming and helpful. Perfect hosts. The breakfasts were certainly very good with a good selection of quality produce. We certainly found a little gem in Berry House B&B and certainly hope to return there in the future.

A little far from the beach but not really that much of a problem. It was a nice stroll to the beach and the harbour.

Great location, super comfy bed, fabulous hosts, room clean and tidy and just right. Breakfast was lovely and our hosts had taken all necessary covid precautions. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily rebook.

Very clean and comfortable room & spotless en-suite. Full English breakfast was excellent. Host very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Easy walk to beach and town Centre for restaurants.

The room and bed were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and very flexible with the breakfast arrangements allowing you to have breakfast in your room or terrace. The breakfast itself was also great and had a wonderful selection of hot food.

My shower could have been more powerful.

This B&B is the best we have stayed in and much better than some so called 5 star hotels. Cara and Simon were excellent hosts,very friendly, helpful and took great pride in ensuring our 5 night stay was very enjoyable. Our room (Tree Tops) was spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished. The house is in a good spot for a stroll in to Littlehampton and Arundel, Brighton, Chichester and Portsmouth are within easy driving distance or go by train or bus.
