Impossible to sleep because of noise. There is a karaoke bar at the top roof and all the sounds directly inside of your ears. I was in 5th floor and roof side at 7th floor. And there are bird nests next to your window and imagine what kind of night is waiting for you.

Overall absolutely poor hotel. There are much better hotels alongside the sea, a little more pricey but WORTH the extra swoo. abueu5 o} pey i 'aei oo} sjazou asau paia^o5s!p i 'so5 TWICE in this hotel because of the complete dampness and mould of the rooms. Several of the rooms are infested by birds in the air conditioning room, so feathers can be found on the bedroom floor. Ants alongside the bathroom also. Hotel refused to give me a refund for the night I had to change rooms twice, says a lot about this place. Please dont waste your time This hotel is about 15-20 minute walk from the main part of the city. Seems like a short time but when youre walking alongside a disgustingly polluted river with an awful smell, and a huge row of traffic every morning and afternoon, its very unpleasant. Semporna is an absolutely beautiful place nonetheless. Take a boat out to the stunning crystal clear beaches, totally worth it especially if you love diving. The coral reefs are so preserved and the water just stunning. The city itself is a huge disappointment, dont expect much at all. Very, very polluted and under developed. 4 days is enough in semporna, dont stay longer

The cleaner left my room door open all day. The room was dirty. Towels and bedding were dirty. No electric for one whole day. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Pictures are heavily deceiving.

Close to Semporna town

Room had a bad smell. Drainage next to building is clogged up with rubbish and as a result the area has a bad smell

Comfortable room. Most basic amenities available. 10-15 minute walk to the jetty to organise boat trips. Nice rooftop cafe with good views. Staff were pleasant.

There are a lot of noisy birds nesting near windows. The windows are not soundproofed. The birds only make noise at night when you try to sleep (the sound is so loud it is almost like they are in the room with you). We tried to change rooms, but the only other one offered had the exact same issue. Breakfast is quite basic and not very healthy. Not enough towels provided.
