Clean and steps from beach

Parking was limited but the manager immediately addressed this and made it right.

Was not cleaned well at all. Floors dirty bathroom and stained furniture needs replacement. Although they responded with sheets to cover the couch that was awfully stained the places needed to be cleaned. Staff on site spoke no English and could not communicate.

previously stayed at this same location/same unit in the past. I did not feel that it was adequately stocked. When I inquired about it, I was told that it is not a hotel. When I stayed before, dish towels were at least provided. I have pics to prove it. When you travel, you do not bring dish soap, extra towels, toilet paper, you expect for the price that you pay for these items to be included. Very disappointed in this unit.

Quiet, Steps to the Beach and Pier, Plenty of options to either cook or eat out, 30 min from airport and inter-miami futbol stadium, Not too far to Boca or Drive to Miami for the day, wifi good for working. Plenty of towels and cooking supplies. A lot of upgrades look like they have been done and are being done, no complaints really, very cute place. Was able to get a lot of work done, especially since the weather was so terrible and the living area was very comfortable.

There isn’t central air, and since the weather is very bad in Florida, the little air conditioner in the wall/window is not the best and it is very loud. Bathroom floor and shower hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, but there were plenty of cleaning supplies, so i just swept and mopped the bathroom floor and cleaned the shower,

The location.

From the photos it looks much better and bigger. The sofa bed is tiny and super uncomfortable. And the shower needs bleaching or painting the tiles because it was so ugly. And I found it quite expensive compared to all the others we've stayed at. I don't recommend it for family.

I like the location of the property; its proximity to the beach and a variety of dining options. The kitchen facility is adequate. There is nothing more on a positive note that I can offer.

When we arrived; the unit had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. The unit only has a double bed that needs a new mattress. Swimming pool needs attention. No maid service during our 4 night stay. We arrived at Beachside Gardens at 12:30 am due to weather delay. When we called the Lowki Help Line, Robin arranged a hotel room at another facility, but suggested we walk the 4 miles to the 2nd facility (mind you, it was now 1am in an unfamiliar area, with luggage and I am over age 70 with a bad back... no offer to comp room for one night nor pay payment for transportation to new location and we had to return to Beachside Gardens the next day.)

Beachside Apts is a very nice place to stay in. It's clean inside and out. The unit I stayed in was very cozy with nice furniture and simple home decor that makes sense. It literally felt like it was my own apartment. Everything you need for the kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, and doing laundry is available. There's so much they offer you; it's hard to complain about anything. The pool was nice, and I saw it get cleaned more than once in the 5 nights of my stay. Now THAT is a very good thing! And so, I highly recommend this place and will use them again and again!

Great place to stay! For children and adults.
