I stayed overnight at the hotel primarily to sleep, and it exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was also excellent. We had to wait for a bus to Orlando after checking in, and the hotel kindly allowed us to wait in the lobby. I will definitely choose Hampton again for my future travels.

The only issue I encountered was difficulty opening the door, but the front desk promptly assisted us. Overall, a great experience—thank you!

Wonderful, hearty breakfast!

There was hair on the bathroom floor and mold in the shower caulking. That is never acceptable, especially for $250 a night!

The breakfast was nice, typical hotel breakfast but there were a lot of choices and most were tasty.

The bed was super uncomfortable and I did not sleep well. If you like hard beds, this is the place for you.

One of the house keeping ladies was rude, but the stay was so good I just let it pass Smart tv would be nice, but we'll, no big deal

Location & reasonably quiet

The in room fridge didnt work well & had to throw out some food. Also had a bad smell. The AC didnt work well either & nights were a little warm. Room smelled like a lysol bomb went off… kept sneezing. Despite having late check out, the house keeping was knocking in the door from 08:15 in the morning trying to get us out. Knocked on door a couple of times…

Everything,! especially the staff from housekeeping to guest services, and our room was absolutely beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable and that ment a lot
