It was very clean and quiet!

I loved everything!

The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. On the outside it is a beautiful hotel. The hot tub was nice.

The view from our room was of an old venting unit on top of the concrete roof. Mold all over tiles in the bathroom and around the air conditioner intake vent. Room smelled musty. Staff were close to being rude. At over $ 500.00 for 2 nights the value was terrible.

Bei der Verwendung des Frühstücksvouchers gab eine Verständnisfrage, da der Voucher limitiert war auf eine Preisgrenze für Speisen und Getränke und daher eine zusätzliche Rechnung ausgestellt wurde. Es gab ein à la carte Angebot, kein Bufett. Das Gespräch mit dem Kellner verlief zunächst ruhig, bis dieser wütend und unvermittelt, wohl weil er nicht sofort verstanden worden war, den Voucher und die Rechnung vor unseren Füßen auf den Boden knallte. Eine Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption hat sich für das Verhalten dieses Kollegen entschuldigt und für das Frühstück sämtliche Kosten übernommen und dies für den nächsten Tag ebenfalls zugesagt Wir haben jedoch davon keinen Gebrauch gemacht sondern sind am nächsten Tag ohne Frühstück abgereist. Ein weiterer Service durch diesen Kellner war von uns nicht gewünscht. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war so laut, dass wir diese zum Schlafen abgestellt haben (wohl Anlagendefekt). Das Luftausblasgitter war stark vermutzt, was auf mangelnde Instandhaltung schließen lässt. Zufälligerweise bin ich Fachingenieur für Luft- und Klimatechnik.

The floors, carpets, windows and elevator buttons filthy.

The room was decent but had no Towels and no phone directionals to how to Access the front desk, food, etc….

Breakfast was not good

Evidently the property is going through renovations- but there is no indication on the website at the lack lusture it appears when you walk in. Rooms smelled like mildew, shuttle wasn’t working but didn’t know that until I checked in- the whole reason I choose this hotels vs closer one . No soap even though I asked house keeper 2x..credit card machine wasn’t working and my waitress said I could use the atm ..but didn’t come back and tell me it started working before I left - room door key stopped working so I had to go downstairs. Jacuzzi not working .. I get they are renovating and I’m sure it will be great but they should give the people booking a heads up. I would have gone somewhere cheaper for a better experience.
