Parking.
It was really dirty, seemed not cleaned after the previous guests. the terrace is especially dirty (not cleaned in months). The place is worn out, not looking even close as the photos, they were taken a long time ago. I would avoid.

After 11 days of staying in apartment, we have to check out by 10:00 . The cleaning lady standing at the front door to my greeting did not even say hello. We asked politely for 15 extra minutes to check out. After 2 minutes, we received a call from the cleaning manager that we had to leave the apartment. The day before we moved out, we received an email saying that if we have food left, leave it in the apartment and it will be used for charity. We wanted to collect all the groceries, but since the cleaning lady found it under the door, we left everything on the kitchen table. For eleven days, no one asked how we are doing, something is wrong or what we need. The rental price was high, and I think that we deserve a normal human attitude. And it looks like we still had to clean up after check-out 😂. Wine glasses were missing and ovenware was cracked so we couldn't use it. Upon arrival at Nice airport, we received a terrible warning from the cleaning company. I will attach a copy of this message below. So what about those people who are considering renting housing here in the future, think about it? Photo is different from reality. The power of the air conditioner is not enough for cooling. I am sitting with a temperature after blowing from the air conditioner. The apartment is very small and not comfortable, the toilet is at the entrance, and the bidet is in the bedroom in the bathroom. The water is splashing there is no curtain or door in the bathroom to take a proper shower. We are very disappointed and certainly do not recommend this apartment.

The location is perfect, a very nice and big apartment, very well equipped, more than suitable for a family with 2 big children. Free parking in the basement of the building. We will definitely come back.

No I had too call twice. Once was unanswered as their hours are after 1pm.
I had to call asking for directions the host simply told me check my email and follow the prompt instructions. Which I find rather unfriendly.
There was literally sand in my bed sheets that I could not get rid off. I had to endure it for the 3 nights there. Awful experience.

Apartment #23 is on the top floor and faces the back of the property with beautiful district views towards the old town. It was clean, modern and nicely furnished. The lounge area was very spacious and the kitchen was adequately equipped for a short stay. The apartment now has a large smart TV which was an unexpected bonus. The property is a short 5 minute walk to the local Lidl supermarket, the local bus stop to town centre (#4 Palm Bus) and a Basic Fit gym. Walking into town takes 15 minutes to the station and 20 minutes to the beaches on La Croisette. The house manager Rene, lives on the property and is extremely helpful with organising transport to the airport, etc.
Nothing with the property but if you are relying on public / shared transport (Uber, taxis, trains or buses) they are notoriously inconsistent in Cannes and don’t seem to follow stated timetables. Be aware of taxis that add extras to their fares when you don’t speak French and look like a tourist. Uber drivers also can take time to accept your request.

The amenities were very well renovated and lool after. The living in the building administrator is a fabulos guy, always open to help and support. The location is incredible. The cleanness perfect. All was the best!

The modern accommodation was ideal for our stay. The size of the apartment was perfect for two people. Everything we needed was there and made it a comfortable stay. Also the location was very nice. On a quiet street with a nice view. Together with the walking distance to the center, it makes this apartment top in terms of location. The self service together with the help that is ready for you is also a plus
We have few things to say about the accommodation. The only thing we could think of now is the hygiene at the beginning of our stay. We had the idea that not every facility had been cleaned beforehand. For example, the cutlery and other kitchen utensils were sometimes a bit dirty. In addition, the light switches were sometimes difficult to understand. Finally, the birds in the trees around the apartment make a lot of noise during the day. You can't do anything about that, but it does sometimes cause inconvenience ;)

This was a very beautiful hotel, it was located in a very nice and beautiful location. The owner was very kind. We really liked the kitchen and there was everything we needed, we appreciate that there was a dishwasher and a coffee machine. And the whole apartment was equipped with blinds that were automatic and we think that they were very good quality. The balcony was very big. The parking was also very good, there was space for everyones car. The lift is available in every floor. And the loundry room was very big and comfortable.

In my opinion, they should work on the balcony and the rooms cleaning, there was dust under the bed, there was other people's underwear in the bed and the balcony looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. We cleaned everything up and we felt good. There were some evenings when our neighbours we're partying and playing loud music.

Location amazing, very well decorated and incredibly peaceful with a huge balcony. Everything you need for a short or a long stay. The live in manager really adds a sense of security and safety, he was super friendly too.
The beds had a plastic sheet on, made it a little hot when asleep. The pillows could be more comfortable, they were a little hard.

I came super early and the original guests were still there so the owner provided a locked store cupboard for me to put my stuff into. He was very helpful.

Perfect Host - perfect stay and the BEST IN CANNES!!! Very friendly host - very clean and quiet apartment. All perfect and we willl soon come back. It was a wonderful and pleasant stay.
