good location for our purposes. secure building. private unit. friendly security

we were only provided with one small bathroom towel to share between 2 people. bedding was washed but not ironed fitted sheet had a hole in it no dishwashing liquid in the kitchen to wash mugs very noisy unit made sleeping difficult. especially traffic noise and the noise of the gate opening and closing

The towels were old and dirty - I did not use them, I had my own towels The bed was really bad - you sink in the bed - the whole thing needed to be replaced There were coachroaches at night When i pulled the bed, it was dirty everywhere The i turned the bed mattress upside down, the sheets were filthy with stains on them - thank God I had my own sheets The shower seemed as if it had not been properly cleaned in weeks The bedding supplied was all crinkled and not iron- the duvet cover, the pillow cases, the sheets

Firstly the venue given on Bookings.com is their office address not where the accommodation is situated. Simple things like parking could not be properly dealt with. Taps, cupboards, toilet seats in poor state. Bedding and towels look dirty or too old. Floors filthy. Complained in the morning. Got a response in the evening. OK so rooms not serviced, maybe we missed that part so we didn't bother to complain.

The Tv was behind a cupboard and the bed was terrible to sleep on. Pillows feel non existent.

the hostess, she wasn’t welcoming at all and snappy we clearly specified and requested 2sleepers since it was couples and instead we got three sleeper rooms with mattresses. who wants to sleep on a mattress on a vacation? the swimming pool was also dirty we couldn’t swim that was very disappointing

The mattress on the beds felt a bit old, very uncomfortable to sleep in.

Some of the amenities were missing like the soap and shower products

More Mirror to do make up And while bathing the water stood d still on the shower cubicle floor .which mean the drain is clogged which was unsafe for our feet . Ringworm

It was Walking distance to the rosebank mall and easy excess back to the apartment. The staff was was kind friendly. The apartment was beautiful I would definitely book again
