Appartamento situato in un posto strategico non lontano dall’incrocio si Shibuya e quindi dalla stazione dove passa la Yamanote Line , tratta della metro essenziale per gli spostamenti .
L’appartamento era pulitissimo , spazzolino e dentifricio in omaggio così come shampoo e bagnoschiuma . Ombrello in caso di pioggia messi a disposizione dalla struttura
Pochi asciugamani , con un soggiorno di più giorni un solo asciugamano da corpo non è abbastanza .

1)Tried to contact Owner to allow a early check in(3pm) and was denied.
We arrived in front of the pkace around 3 pm and tried to call again and no reply.
So we saw the cleaning team leaving and got inside a little bit early.
Short story long story: could have been managed easy!
2) Towels were smelling funny/Bad quality
It is basically an Airbnb.

Quiet residential area, more spacious compared to hotel rooms
Should provide floor mat for bathroom & indoor slipper for toilet use only. Some towels have stained marks though after washing. Location is not really walking distance from the station, advisable to take taxi if you are with luggage. Also the unit is one floor up where you need to take the stairs up, no elevator.

Great location, 15 mins walk to Shibuya station and its attractions. Lots of dining options nearby and a supermarket.

the couch bed had some garbage in it from the last guests so I felt like it wasn’t cleaned well enough

Walk distance to Shibuya Station was a bit far if carry big luggage and no one will pick up garbage if stay about a week in the place and we do not know where to throw it

The accommodation was comfortable and located in a convenient location. It was easy to communicate with the staff and they were helpful in answering all of my questions. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Tokyo.

Very spacious apartment in a great location. Nice and quiet but easy walking distance from Shibuya station.
Access was a bit tricky at first because the door opens from a keypad on the door but there is a lockbox right next to it as well. Mentioning this in the instructions might make things a little easier.

The location was the perfect distance from the new South Entrance of the shibuya station. It was far enough to be shielded from the noise of traffic and close enough for a 5 minute walk.
The amenities were very accommodating for our family and the proximity to various stores and restaurants gave us plenty of options.
The beds were very comfortable, the place was very roomy, and we’d love to come back again.
