The location, the home, and the view!
The bedroom did not have its own heater, it's own cable box (only can watch the same channel as the tv in the family room), and needed a shower curtain as the water pressure is really strong and water was not staying in the shower area.

the view is fantastic and the location is so convenient you can walk to supermarket in 5 mins and the Church of the Good Shepherd is also walking distance. All major cafes are nearby too
some of the facilities need to be updated. The filtered water and hot water kettle are not useable and there are very limited cooking pots (only small ones or some a little run down)
