Great location as you can walk in the old town in 2 mins. I liked that the breakfast was not in the appartement but in a very nice Café in the old town centre. The Check in was so easy, no problems at all.

The water pressure was not good and the noise quite loud from the club until midnight (with open window). At midnight it closes, so was for us fine in the end.

Definitely not a 4 star! Although we asked to check-in early, we were told check-in was at 2PM. We had to ask for instructions on how to get in. We watched as the room was finished being cleaned, but the sink did not drain properly, and the cleaning person was aware of this. Yes, breakfast was offered, but we had to walk 500 meters to get it.

A good room with a stellar location - just outside of the old city. Very convenient self check-in and check-out.

Quite a lot of outside noises, including airconditioning which did not turn off at night, people walking and talking outside, and music being played.

There were rusty water

Great location, very close to the old city of Zadar, easy reachable with Waze/GPS. Check-in instructions were very clear. There is a parking available at the property (but it's 4 kuna/hour) but there's a free one 400m nearby.

Wifi was a little slow.

Great big, clean and comfortable rooms like in a very good hotel. The location is just superb. The host is very nice as well. Loved absolutely everything!
