The Location was good very near to market and easy connectivity staff team specially Mr. Lalji Verma and Dinesh Sharma was very helpful as it was my first visit to Delhi.

Apart from the location, nothing is likeable in the hotel.

The rooms and the bedding wasn't clean upto the standards. The toilet was unhygienic and the toilet seat desperately needs changing.

Pretty good hotel with very good and clean maintenance. Dinesh ,Tiwari and another person who handles reception during night are exceptional and very polite.

No restaurant facilities but having said that there is no shortage of restaurants and bars

The hotel is basic. The staff and the manager very helpful. The wifi works well. Cleanliness is good. Safe place. Location very near to dehli metro. The hotel has no restaurant but breakfast served to room from outside.

The location is a bit inside but just about 5 minutes walk to the main road. Honking sounds can be heard but try request higher floor if sounds disturbs you.

We feel disappointed and recomend to avoid the hotel at all costs. 1.)The rooms do not meet by far the standards displayed in the pictures. 2.) the hotel has 3 stars instead of 4. 3.) Bedsheets were dirty and had multiple spots. 4.) After 24 hours, we found out that when we closed the door of the room the door did not get locked. Making it possible for anyone to enter the room and steal our properties. 5.) Toilet bowls broken. 6.) Instead of streetview as announced the rooms faced a wall 1 meter away 7.) The rooms had not been prepared in advance (no bedsheets) despite entering the rooms at night - way after the check-in time. 8.) The safe are not working in 2 of the 3 rooms which we booked. 9.) The staff sleeps every night in the entrence hall.
