I DONT WHY THESE PEOPLE ARE MAKING MONEY BY CHEATING OTHERS.
First of all i cant check in to this property. Attitude of fab people was horrible. When i reached they told us there is no room i booked for 2 days and i cant stay there even for a single day .
I DONT KNOW WHY THIS BOOKING.COM IS NOT SUPPORTING THIER CUSTOMERS. Please guys dont book rooms in fab hotel as well as through this booking.com.

I dont like the room because I went with my partner to enjoy our honeymoon but the room and washroom were unclean we didn’t get any basic facilities too.that room was not wearth to money we paid moreover poor secure there was a hole in the room door.hope you all give better service to other customers.thank you

Nothing no room service at all please don't go there full of mosquitos, ants and bugs in the bed worst ever stay in my entire life

The staff and boss was very helpful, polite and courteous.
Food restaurant below was delicious esp their Kerala cuisine
Wall and floor is dirty even after request them to clean. Lot of cockroaches and bed bug. Was bitten by the bug the whole night.They refuse for refund after I wan to move to better hotel. So with no choice lived the hellish life for next 3 day. And the room size is so small.. all the review at booking. Com is fake I guess . Booking. Com pls check before approving your partner.

The hotel management is literally chatting by giving wrong commitments and the photos in websites is not actual

We were able to buy water at the reception and the mattress was soft and compfy.
We had to stay at The Redfox Hotel and it was very dirty with stains all over the bedding, the bathroom was full of cockroaches and one window was broken so we were unable to close it. The curtains were also falling off and one bedside lamp had a shattered glass lampshade. The staff was not very nice but at least they changed the broken light bulb in the bathroom and they also changed the linen, wich gave us a better feeling though they still showed lots of dark stains.
Online it said there was food available, but there wasn't.

The hotel doesn’t even exist. Our booking was changed to a different hotel which was no way closer to what it looks like in these pictures. Smelly rooms, dirty floors and toilets in the place they offered. We didn’t even stay there, we left within 15 mins and had to go find another hotel at 2am

The receptionist, owner and staff are helpful and kind people.
Room size is small but still its good for short stay. Its clean, huge bathroom.

Staff was friendly. Food was good. Location was near to Metro. Market places are reachable. Shopping Mall and Cinemas are walkable radius. Overall good stay!
