Staff attentiveness is superb. In particular waitress Ms Hongyan Wen, she was very helpful in sharing of the tourist attractions during our breakfast.

Room has no aircon, only cold air…

The bed is extreemly comfortable, the staff is very nice, and trying to help, and there is a free washing and drying machine .

I had an amazing stay at Skytel Hotel in Chengdu. The service was outstanding, and they offered a diverse breakfast menu, both western style and Chengdu style. The room was comfortable, with smart light controls and a convenient mini bar. The bathroom had a nice, open design. Highly recommended for a great experience! The hotel's service is on par with luxury hotels, offering an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of attention and care provided by the staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my needs truly stood out. It's evident that the hotel takes pride in delivering top-notch service that can easily compete with luxury establishments. Will def come back!
